2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property.

This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two full size beds, both with 32" flat screen TVs. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The spacious living room is equipped with a 47" Smart flat screen for your enjoyment. Also, the couches are new and electrically reclines for comfort. The lovely open kitchen has granite counter tops and plenty of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. There is beautiful tile throughout the unit. To enlarge the living area, the patio has been incorporated into the living room.

Condo was great. Had everything we needed and more, The property was great, with two pools and a beach. The beach had an attendant that got you chairs and an umbrella.

The overall room was nice for all guests. Just seemed like it lacked maintenance. The tiles were broken on the floor and the drains seemed to be clogged when trying to shower. The check in was not very smooth and the code for the door would not work for the first day there, but the maintenance guy was very helpful and let us in the room all day for the first day.

Nice place!

Was clean, seemed safe and the beach was a 1 minute walk. Loved the private beach access, pools and pickleball courts. The condo itself was impressively clean/perfect for a short stay. Great location in regards to the village and town.

Great Location and Property

The Palm Bay Club provides a short walk to the ocean or the bay. The Palms trees throughout the property and Siesta Key Beach are impressive. We had a great time.

Great Location

It’s nice having a private beach so and wasn’t crowded like the public beach. The beach service was great. I was able to go to the beach anytime during my stay and there was always a chair and umbrella set up for me.

Great condo and location

Our third trip to Siesta Key and won’t be our last. Condo was very nice and clean, quiet and convenient. Grounds/facilities are well kept and clean. Great location. Would definitely book again.

The property itself was nice. The only issue was the construction going on at all hours of the day and we had neighbors updtairs who were loud and obnoxious all day and night.There was a slight ant problem in the kitchen, otherwise, everything else was nice.

Hi Misty, thank you for this review and feed-back, I am so sorry you had issues with this stay. Unfortunately per the rental agreement that all guest sign, these are the months owners are allowed to make improvements on there condos, we also had flood damage on our first floor Gulf units that must be repaired, there is a banner on our website stating that work is being done on the property at this time, it looks like the offer issues had not been reported to this office so we could not address them during your stay, I hope you give us a chance again in the future.

The staff (especially the Security Team) is wonderful to work with. The unit we had this year did not have a balcony which was a surprise to us, but we made do.

The best stay so far

The unit # 158 was very neat, clean and well kept, and also close to the beach, everything about that unit was really nice, except the people on top of our unit was very very noisy, it sounded like a chair running around on the entire apartment on the ceiling of our unit, but overall we enjoyed our vacation and we will return next summer again ....

My only complaint was the 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds that you can't push tight together for a second queen. We had 2 married couples so we wouldn't rent this exact unit again unless they added a queen bed to the second bedroom. There's room for a queen or full bed plus a bunkbed. Just a thought. Otherwise everything else was great!

Clean, Well stocked

Very clean condo with well stocked kitchen to cook meals, super comfy couch & chairs with recliners. Not facing the ocean & no balcony but patio doors did open which was nice. Loved the screen door on entrance door. Large beach towels were provided. Only 1 bath washcloth per person as we had 6 people, there were a few extra bath towels. Description of room states that it sleeps 6, however the trundle beds do not work as there is not enough space to pull both of them out all the way. We saw a previous review regarding the trundle beds but assumed it had been taken care of as management had commented on it that they were checking into it. We ended up removing the one mattress & put it in the living room for one of kids. There were no twin sheets for the trundle beds but we were able to get them at the office. Lots of extra blankets available in closets. We would stay again!

Not a far walk to the beach or harbor side. We fished, swam, rented jet skis nearby. Wonderful food not far away. The beach does offer chairs so we didn’t have to buy them. We flew in so we did purchase some stuff like cheap umbrellas fishing pole and sand toys.

An unforgettable vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 158 and "Wow" is all I can say. The unit was sparkling clean and very comfortable. It was well stocked. We cooked several meals at the condo and had everything we needed. They even provided large beach towels! The Palm Bay Club was an excellent facility. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, from the girls in the office to the security guards and beach chair attendant. The pools were heated and so warm and we made lots of use of the hot tub too. The short walk to the private beach was my favorite part. We will definitely stay here again. We loved every minute. Thank you for everything.
