This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two full size beds, both with 32" flat screen TVs. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The spacious living room is equipped with a 47" Smart flat screen for your enjoyment. Also, the couches are new and electrically reclines for comfort. The lovely open kitchen has granite counter tops and plenty of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. There is beautiful tile throughout the unit. Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
