This sunny, beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, top floor condominium is located on the Gulf Side of The Palm Bay Club. For your convenience, there is a spacious elevator to get you to the third floor. Enjoy breath taking sunsets with white sandy beaches only seconds away. With 2 queen sized beds in the master bedroom and a king sized bed in the guest bedroom, this unit can accommodate total of 6 guests. Both bedrooms have a 26" TV for viewing your favorite channels. The master bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom with a tub. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service for your enjoyment. This condo has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and is supplied with all the necessary items you need for cooking (pots/pans,dishes,utensils). This condo is one of the few that is equipped with a washer & dryer inside the unit for guest use. The patio area has been incorporated with the living room and you can slide open the patio doors to feel the warm tropical breeze if your wish! The Palm Bay Club is a perfect place for a private get-away, family reunions, honeymoons and family vacations.

Nice stay, but unit is outdated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice view! Kitchen is very small, queen bed in Master has huge dip in it, Dryer makes awful sound, Wicker chairs have falling apart, lamp on right side of king bed broken, Coffee table is lopsided. Definitely needs to be updated.

Spring break with our grand daughters

Our unit needs a good update but was very clean. Truthfully the weekly rent is getting out of our budget for that time of the year

Girlfriend getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Palm Bay a few times. This was our first time in unit 161. Pro's:Staff is very helpful. Especially appreciated the night guard helping us as we checked in after hours. Location to the area attractions is great. We come for the beach and fun things to do in the area.Con's:Unit 161 has NO room darkening shades. The lights from parking lots shines through.The screen door is very old and doesn't close properly.Too many mirrors on the walls.Having a washer and dryer was nice, BUT the dryer vents into the bedroom therefore heats up the whole unit.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in unit 161 many times. It needs a refresh badly. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Until there’s some updates we will not stay in that unit again.
