The unit we stayed at was clean, modern, and fully stocked.The beach chairs and umbrella were useful for our days at the beach. The location was convenient and in and out parking was a breeze. Yuki and Byron were very responsive. We will stay again on our next Hawaii trip!

Great view and amenities, we highly recommend the area. It's a few blocks away from the "busier" parts of Waikiki so it is quieter. We would stay there again!

The location was great, within walking distance of the beaches and shopping! The room was clean and as advertised. The host was easy to contact and readily amended our concern about the bed missing the middle support. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off twice in the building during our stay. We were informed that other guests had burned food in their condo unit kitchens and the smoke set the fire alarms off. The pool was closed for about 24 hours as another guest had sullied it and it needed to be sanitized. The pool was a little on the cold side and I think the deepest end was only 4 feet. In addition we were travelling with our granddaughter and having just one bathroom made it a little difficult. It would have been perfect for just the two of us.Overall, it was a decent room with a decent price.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The towels and bedding were premium, and the mattress was super comfy—felt like sleeping on a cloud. The mountain view from the balcony was spectacular! Perfect location, just a 5-minute walk to the heart of Waikiki. The host was super communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very clean! The pool was great and the view is 10/10. The listing photos need to be updated. It is more worn than the photos reflect. Extra sheets for the pull out had holes. The couch is discolored and worn. The iron and pots have rust. Byron didn’t answer or return my message when I called when we landed as instructed by the rental company. I had to call back again on our way to the rental and he finally answered. It did feel a little uncomfortable that Byron said the door would be left unlocked for us to get in and explained how to lock the door once we checked in.

Great spot with a nice view and good furnishings, kitchen, parking spot.

Had a great time staying in this condo which had a comfortable bed and a stylish common area and bathroom. Good location at the edge of Waikiki with a parking space.

We liked the appartment

A good place with the best view

I've really enjoyed staying at this place for a month with my family. First of all, I love the view from this unit. Also I would like to appreciate to you all guys efforting this place better.

Amazing Oahu Getaway

This condo was AMAZING!! Views did not disappoint! Communication with Byron was easy and he was on it! I would definitely stay hear again hands down! Side note bed was so comfortable!!!!

Nice condo with an excellent view

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The unit itself was well furnished, and conveniently located. There was some utility construction going on in the garage and around the perimeter, but it really wasn't an issue at all. If you're considering this unit for your stay, go ahead and book it!

I I could see a rainbow almost every day from the balcony.The rental process was smooth and easy. The only thing I was a little worried about was the lock — since it used a preset code, I felt uneasy about leaving valuables in the room. It would be nice if guests could set their own passcode for extra security.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would love to stay here again.

Great spot to stay in Waikiki

We loved the location of this condo. It is just two blocks from the beach and canal. Condo was clean, comfortable and had most of the things you needed. Our only cons were that the ac was imbalanced between the bedroom (super cold) and the living room (comfortable). But, grab an extra blanket for the bedroom or open the windows in the living room and you'll be good. We would have this location on our short list for the next time we are in Waikiki.

My stay at this property was less than ideal, especially when an unexpected power outage left me and a group of senior citizens without light or food for hours. I reached out to the property manager, Byron, asking about emergency lanterns in the room to decide whether I should purchase some, but I never received a response—not during the emergency, and not even after my trip had ended. I also emailed the parent company, Captain Cook Resorts, and received no response from them either.In a situation like this, the bare minimum is basic communication and support, which was completely absent. I was forced to go out into the city, which was dealing with a citywide power outage, to find food for the group—an extremely difficult task.While the check-in process was straightforward, and the room itself was okay, the lack of support from both the property manager and the company as a whole made the experience incredibly frustrating. If you need help during your stay, don’t expect timely or helpful responses. The lack of customer care in an emergency is unacceptable.
