San Remo is a private gated complex that offers many amenities with plenty of parking! It is located on the West end of 30A within walking distance to Gulf Place and several restaurants....including the new Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and many more!
-Less crowded area of 30A but easy drive to Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary
-Also close to Destin shopping and attractions
-Onsite workout room
-Community grills conveniently located in front of 109
-Large lap pool and spacious hot tub. Pool is heated march 1-April!
-Walk right out to pool and beach from ground floor unit.
-100 steps from pool to beach!!!
-Faux Wood (no splinters) boardwalk from pool to beach!

This is not just a rental, but our home away from home! We are not interested in renting to college kids & do NOT allow large parties or groups larger than 8. You must be 25 to rent and present at unit during duration of stay. We have someone local on call 24/7 if an issue arises for you or us....it will be taken care of in a timely manner! This is a great place for families. We take pride in providing a great experience for our renters and want you to have a great trip, so we ask that you please respect our home! If youā€™re looking for a place that is clean, comfortable, and makes vacation relaxing...this is your place!

Great Getaway!

My family and I booked this lovely, clean ground-floor unit for a week. We loved it! Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms worked perfectly for us! The unit is updated-crisp & RH vibes. The absolute best features were the owners. They obviously put a lot of thought into making the stay as comfortable as possible with the set up and all provided. Tessa was available and so sweet when I communicated with her throughout the week with questions.

Great location and great condo

Everything was great! Love the location and such easy access to the pool and beach. Overall enjoyed our time. Only thing I would say is that there is not a whole lot of room for luggage. We have all girls and a few of their friends and you know how much stuff girls bring hahaha! Other than that it was great!! Owners were great! Would book again!

Convenience + Family Friendly!

We booked this unit for the ease of the ground floor/walk out access to the beach. When we arrived they were finishing up some construction but Tyler was always in contact with us and made us aware of any/all changes and was very flexible. The beds were comfy, the location was prime for dinner and drinks or taking the kids for ice cream. We appreciated the chairs/umbrella already being in place and the short walk to and from the condo when the kids got tired or needed lunch. It was everything we expected and more! We are looking forward to coming back in the Fall. It made being away from home with 2 little ones feel like a breeze!

Great unit, location, and service!

This unit turned out great. Everything inside the unit was very nice. The location was fantastic with convenient access to the pool and the beach. We felt that the host really cared about our vacation experience by the great service we were provided. I highly recommend this unit, not only for how nice the unit is and the location, but because how helpful the host was during our stay.

Excellent property

This is a great property. The location is great, just a few steps from the beach and it's good to have the beach service included. The property is immaculate and has a great decor (either one of the owners is an interior designer or they hired a very good one). The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we need. A strong 5 stars on all fronts!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Tessa was great to work with, available for any questions and making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, especially with littles. Itā€™s just steps to the pool and beach path. It was so nice having chairs set up on the beach for us each day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and everything was so clean. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect spot for young families!

We had an amazing week at San Remo 109. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated in beach themes. Bed linens and bath towels were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. TVs and WiFi worked great - we had one little outage one afternoon but Tessa was very responsive and the WiFi was back within a few hours. We loved the patio for meals and coffee, only recommendation would be for a real table and chairs for eating as the little ones had a hard time reaching their food on the picnic table! Having the pool just steps away was so convenient with small kids. The beach service chairs and umbrella made beach visits so easy, only having to carry sunblock and sand toys! We loved riding scooters to Local catch for lunch (and the ice cream stand on the way back) and Shunk Gulley for dinner and Pecan Jacks for ice cream. Loved the recommendation of Goatfeathers steamed shrimp for lunch - yum! We drove all around Grayton, Seaside, Rosemary beach, etc, and I could only think how glad I was we were at San Remo in Santa Rosa as it was far less crowded and more laid back! We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

This is the best location on 30A

I am originally from the area so Iā€™m incredibly picky about where we stay on 30A. In my opinion most busier places on 30A are nice to bike to or visit for a half day, and then you want to go back to a relaxed/quiet environment with an uncrowded beach (emphasis on uncrowded and not overrun with beach service chairs). San Remo is pretty much the perfect complex for that! Bonus points that Shunk Gulley is within walking distance and their margaritas are A++. This condo is so nicely decorated and is absolutely perfect for families with young kids. You canā€™t get any closer to the pool or beach boardwalk, and itā€™s really easy to run back to the unit for anything you forget. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, which was great! There were also a lot of smaller details taken care of that were appreciated, such as already having liquid hand soap in every bathroom (a lot of VRBO condo rentals donā€™t!) and having large decorative baskets strategically placed (e.g., in the front hallway) which made the perfect collecting spot for beach gear before we headed out the door. ALSO - and this is a big one for me - there were so many towels which were all high quality! My husband thinks Iā€™m crazy for loving this detail but seriously, thereā€™s nothing worse than a vacation rental that skimps on towels or has cheap towels that shed. (You do need to bring your own beach towel though, which is pretty standard.) If I had to give any constructive criticism, Iā€™d say the master shower could be renovated and black out curtains in the secondary bedrooms would be nice (the master bedroom already has them). Neither of these things would stop us from re-booking again though and Iā€™m already eyeing the VRBO calendar for openings :). Thank you Tessa for being such a great host and sharing your piece of paradise!

Perfect location!

This condo was well decorated with a beautiful & well stocked kitchen. The first floor corner location was the best! Our patio was poolside & conveniently just steps away to the grille, pool & beach access. Parking was very convenient & made unloading & reloading our luggage easy! Within walking distance of ice cream, shops & nice restaurants. The pool, hot tub, private beach access with chair/umbrella was great! Communication with property owner was great, as well as the binder with info on the condo, restaurant recommendations, etc.

Hi! We are from Atlanta and have two children. We have vacationed in the gulf for as long as we both can remember and always knew we wanted to have a place to make memories with our family. We fell in love with San Remo after staying there several times. We are so happy to have a home away from home to share with you!

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

San Remo is on 30A, but on the South end where it is less crowded and more quaint....but the good news it is only a short drive to Seaside, Rosemary, Alys, and the other attractions 30A has to offer. We love San Remo because it is private, gated, on the beach, has an amazing pool and hot tub, and has friendly owners and visitors.
We particularly love the ground floor corner unit. It feels very private with lots of natural light and is so easy to walk straight out to the pool and beach. We have two children and always bring more kids with us...the kids are literally in and out of the condo all day. This convenience makes vacation more enjoyable :) Never use an elevator and park right in front of the unit. It is super family friendly and we cannot wait for you to enjoy San Remo #109 as much as we do!
