- The third bedroom with a bunk bed. Third bedroom also has its own bathroom.
- Pack and Play and Booster Seat or High Chair provided.

- Beach chair set up from March - October, chairs will be set up from 9AM - 5PM.

Each bedroom has 100% cotton sheets - and each bathroom comes complete with 100% cotton towels, shower soaps, hand soaps, starter supplies of paper goods and a hair dryer.

Stroll past the large pool (heated March - mid- April) with its own lap lane to the sugar white sands of your own beach.
Relax in the hot tub by the pool or slip into the on site gym to do cardio or lift weights. Have bikes delivered to the bike rack and visit the unique seaside villages of Thirty-A along 20 miles of bike trails.
Or simply relax on the balcony in the cushioned seating area - or dine at the large outdoor table. Whatever you do, you will find your way back to San Remo 409.
Wanting to bring friends? We have other condos available at San Remo for family reunions or friends. There is also a large meeting room with kitchen facilities that can be reserved for small weddings or parties.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
