Take a five-minute walk to Shamel Park and the beach. Catch the sunset on the two Ocean-View decks. Cozy up to the fire pit. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves.

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures.

Complete gourmet remodel in 2018. Reverse Osmosis filtered water at sink. Mr. Coffee and Keurig coffee makers. (Bring your favorite pods!) Grinder supplied. Large capacity, very quiet dishwasher. Skylight for great natural light.

Fully equipped, service for 16. Turkey roaster, chicken roaster, cookie sheets, muffin tin, griddle, stainless steel and non-stick cookware, 9x13 casserole dish, loaf pan, pizza pan, popcorn maker, blender, hand mixer, storage containers with lids, baggie assortment, plastic wrap and foil.

The house was just the right size for us 4 adults. Great ocean view (and sunset watching). Living areas an bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. One suggestion: better lighting on the front outdoor stairs at nighttime would improve safety.

We had been eyeing Sea Breeze and wanted to give it a try. Wow so glad we did! Not only Beautiful ocean views but sounds of the ocean as well! Lovely home with comfortable beds! Love the soft red brick fireplace in the living room, great on a cool evening as well! We enjoyed fabulous ocean views for breakfast and gorgeous sunsets while dining on the front deck! Hailey at Breen is a real treasure and always helpful!

Lovely home with beautiful views. Itā€™s nicely located near Fiscalini Park, Moonstone Beach and Downtown Cambria. The kitchen was well appointed and it was easy to prepare meals. We enjoyed the views of the ocean from the kitchen, living room and of course the decks. What a great place to meet up with old friends.

Kitchen, living room, and landscaping are wonderful. Place is very clean with lots of instructions from owners on how to work things. Beautiful view of the ocean, and great access to Fiscalini Ranch for walking. It's an established neighborhood with lots of folks "watching" the property and guests. So be comfortable bring observed.

We also visited Hearst Castle.
