GATED COMMUNITY. This luxurious condo is located in an exclusive, residential community within the 5-star Bahia Principe Resort & Tulum Country Club, with beautiful beaches and 27-hole Riviera Maya PGA Golf Club. We have 2 bikes (new in 2024) for guest use. You can explore the resort, ride to nearby yoga or enjoy delicious meals, smoothies at nearby O'Tan Restaurant. Some guests use them to ride to the convenience store off the resort or to nearby Akumal Playa or Akumal Puebla.
STUNNING POOL VIEWS. Our condo is nestled on PGA golf course with stunning views of the beautiful pools, 7th green and lush gardens visible from both the private terrace and master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom (also with a King-size bed) offers an adjoining private balcony with peaceful jungle view.
OPEN FLOOR PLAN. Enjoy the open concept of the bright kitchen and living room looking out to the private terrace. (The terrace hammock is a great place to snooze or read a book!) A/C is available throughout as desired, but you may also choose to relax in the evening breezes entering the screened terrace/living room doors. You will be amazed by the natural night sounds of the tropical environment! (NEW air conditioning, washer, dryer, and sofa installed in 2022 for your comfort!)
FULLY EQUIPPED. The condo is fully furnished & equipped with linens, towels, beach towels, high-end kitchen appliances, utensils, & washer & dryer (new in 2022) to offer the comforts of home. HDTV smart TV in the living room & 2nd bedroom. Complimentary wifi within unit. Kitchen bar seating as well as Terrace dining. Both of the ensuite baths feature spacious marble showers.
ELEVATOR ACCESS. This second-floor unit is easily accessible by elevator (a rare convenience in this area).
SELF CHECK-IN. Keyless entry allows for quick check-in process.
POOLSIDE GRILL & GYM. The Terrazas complex features a covered outdoor grill area with tables and a gym/fitness center only steps away from the full-size pool.
YOGA & WELLNESS CENTER. Walk about 7-8 minutes to the TAO wellness center offering yoga, lap pool, Temazcal (āhouse of heatā) and massages.
5-STAR RESORT AMENITIES. When youāre not in the condo, you have access to the private Kay Beach Club. If you prefer all-inclusive amenities, an optional day-pass for purchase features Bahia Principe Resort all-inclusive restaurants and bars, including pools, beaches, entertainment and activities, casino, nightly shows, disco, beach volleyball, tennis courts, soccer & basketball courts, gyms and kidsā clubs. Shopping and medical services also onsite. (As of Dec 2021, all four of the resort hotels are OPEN! But as you may expect, amenities may change due to possible changes related to the pandemic. Feel free to ask for details related to your travel dates).
CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF. With a PGA golf course ranked top 3 in the south of Mexico, this Robert Trent Jones II course features an 18-hole championship par 72 round plus an executive 9-hole par 3 golf course. With more than 90 acres right at the heart of a 717-acre tropical forest, this course has quickly turned into one of the most prestigious developments in the Mayan Riviera. The Club House & Practice Range is a 7 or 8-minute walk from our condo or 2-minute drive.
CONVENIENT LOCATION. If you wish to explore nearby towns, you will drive only 5 minutes to Akumal (a quaint & relaxed beach town where you may swim or snorkel with sea turtles), 15 minutes to Tulum and it's world-famous beaches & mayan ruins. Playa del Carmen is 20-25 minutes with all its amenities, shops, restaurants and night life clubs, where you may also take the ferry to Cozumel. Transportation options include car rentals, taxi, local collectivos, bike rentals. Biking from town to the beach is popular in Tulum. The collectivo (local bus) will only cost about $1-3 (US) to go to nearby towns.
FREE RESORT SHUTTLE. Within the resort, there is complimentary transportation between Bahia Principe Resort hotels and beaches. Resort shuttle is 10 minute walk from condo. Due to resort size, some prefer a car. Adventurous guests enjoy biking on/off the resort.
ENHANCED CLEANING. Safety first! We are committed to enhanced cleaning processes including wearing protective gear while cleaning, utilizing approved disinfectants by local regulatory agencies, and special attention to cleansing and sanitization of high-touch surfaces.
