This large 1 bedroom, 1 bath studio condo is located in the Belvoir South building, an OCEANFRONT building at Grand Caribe Resort.

A deposit of 50% of the booking fee required at the time of booking.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Full payment is required if reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date.

Full refund if cancelled 30+ days prior to arrival date.
No refund if cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date.

There are no refunds for no shows, late arrival or early departure including reasons such as medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, weather or other acts of God.
