Ocean Front Condo - just steps from the beach! Gold Standard Approved

With incredible views, this two bedroom, two bathroom condominium is perfect for families or couples. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large, ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a king bed and full bath with walk in shower. Not only does the condo have a balcony overlooking the pool, beach and ocean, it also has a secondary patio with views of the sunset.

Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation while enjoying all that San Pedro and Belize have to offer.

The room was well maintained and clean with a private washer and dryer with beautiful views from both porch and roof top deck, our girls loved the different pools they had at the resort.The host Brittany and Mike we're both very helpful, kind and pleasure to rent from, they even helped us get a flight from Belize to San Pedro, golf cart rental and luggage handling to and from the Airport.Can't wait to go back already and will definitely be staying there again. We we're far enough away from San Pedro not to hear the partying at night but close enough to get to everything by a short golf car ride or walk. While you're there don't miss out taking the longer trip out to secret beach.

Paradise!

This property is amazing! Right on the beach with everything you could possibly need! Super quiet but with bars in walking distance. It was super nice to have a washer and dryer and the air conditioning works so well! Brittany and Mike literally take care of everything you need from supplying water and sodas to booking excursions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Kimberly and Chad are great hosts, helpful and available. The check-in/check-out process was very smooth. The location is very good - just North of the bridge with an easy walk to town. We enjoyed our stay very much with just the right mix of a quiet location with access to restaurants/ bars/activities. The condo was well kept and as described. We would defintely stay here again.

Fist time to Belize

2 week stay, 4 adults. Hosts Brittany and Chad were extremely helpful! Check in a breeze, picked us up at airport arranges flights and golf carts on island and assisted with excursions bookings. Would highly recommend and hope to be back

Home away from home

Great accommodations with beautiful sunrise views from the patio and sunset views from the second floor patio. Our second time staying in the same condo. Very responsive to all requests. Will highly recommend any time.

Great Location

Location was very convenient. Easy to get to San Pedro, grocery store within walking distance and many restaurant/bar options nearby. Brittany and Mike were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Washer/Dryer in unit were located in an upstairs area with a separate exterior entrance which wasn't super convenient but otherwise the condo was perfect.

Eight days of Fun and Sun

Roomy condo with a fantastic view. Great beach access and two nice pools. A very quiet complex. A few very minor problems that were addressed immediately by Brittany and Mike, who were wonderful hosts. Can’t say enough about both of them. I’d recommend staying here for both the property and friendliness. Eight days of fun and sun.

Amazing Condo with Awesome Management

We were extremely happy with our stay here. Brittany, Mike and Kimberly were excellent to work with and really great about communicating. They are very professional and met us at the airport and helped get us settled in with all the information we would need for a great trip. The condo had a perfect location with incredible views. It was clean, roomy, comfortable and well stocked. We are very happy we stayed here and will stay again when we come back.

AMAZING stay with our family.

We had an incredible stay at Tres Cocos Bermuda Landing with our family (2adults and 2 kids, ages 2 and 9 months). Throughout our time we kept telling eachother how we made the right decision with this property, after looking at many properties online. The pools, proximity to town, AND the hosts made our stay incredible. Our kids enjoyed the multiple pools and riding the golf cart around, which the property management helped us secure! Overall, this was a perfect location for a family with fantastic pools, friendly staff and conveniently located to EVERYTHING. I would highly recommend this property, but know that you will need a golf cart to fully experience San Pedro.

Everything was as described. Great location to grocery stores, gas for carts, and places to eat. Just far enough from town to not have all the traffic, but close enough for a short trip. Now for the part that is above and beyond - Brittany and Mike!! We had an issue that was no fault of theirs, but they went so far out of their way to make our stay simply fantastic! We all thank you so much! And on top of all that, their communication could not be better. If you have a question or a concern, they are on it within minutes. The entire staff is really great and very friendly. They go out of their way to meet you at the airport for luggage transfer and back again when your stay is complete.

Great place to stay

The location was perfect. just outside town so not as busy at night but still close enough to get to everything. The condo was plenty big for 4 adults and everything was quite comfortable. The only issue we had which was no problem for us was the water pressure. It was fine if one person showered but couldn't handle a shower and anything else. This was no big deal just took a few extra minutes but it's an island and this is sorry of expected. Overall had a amazing experience here and the caretakers were perfect. They explained everything you could want to know and would answer any questions you had.

This is a great small resort, too small for an on-site restaurant/bar, but we knew that going in. There are numerous restaurants or grocery stores nearby, if you want to cook for yourself. There is only one tv in the unit (living room), but it was very nice to have the washer and dryer in the unit. Could use some additional furnishings like end tables or lamps, more lights in the kitchen, etc. But all in all, it was a very comfortable stay, and the communication with Kimberly could not have been better or prompter, and her husband was super helpful in securing our golf cart, and getting our luggage to/from the resort. He also did a thorough walk-through of the unit to make sure we knew where everything was. I would definitely recommend this unit!

Great Hosts!

Kimberly and Chad are fantastic hosts! They go above and beyond most hosts we've had. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The grounds are well kept and tended to daily. The location is great for enjoying San Pedro yet a bit from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing. Our particular unit was fine. It is modestly furnished and minimal kitchen supplies. If our travels bring us back, we would likely choose a different unit.

Perfect Spot

I recently stayed here with my college roommates and we had the best time! Kimberly and Chad were very helpful and communicative before and during the trip- they are really there to help make everything as easy as possible. The place is just north of town, which offers some seclusion without being far from all the action. Easy ride into town or an easy ride out to secret beach. Everything inside was clean and what you would want out of a property - absolutely no complaints. Location was perfect for us. We loved the view of the ocean from our balcony! I would highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable visit

The manager's presence and responsivnes made this a very comfortable and relaxed stay. While the interior design and decor was not at our standard level, the place fulfilled all basic needs. The kitchen could be completed with more pots and pans, but for us it was OK since we did not cook.

Property managers Chad and Kimberly were great! Friendly and attentive. Did a great job of scheduling our tours. Great view of view of pool and ocean from balcony. Nice location - close to town but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of San Pedro.

Beautiful place and great location

I was super impressed with the cleanliness of the property. It was right on the ocean and the balcony opened up to wonderful breezes and beautiful sunrises. The managers were very attentive and helped us get our excursions booked. We even had a last minute change and they worked everything out.
