Do you want to wake up to the sound of the ocean? Enjoy a quiet evening on your deck watching waves crash over a reef? Are you looking for some of the best diving, snorkeling and fishing in the world? Take long walks exploring and enjoying local culture, restaurants and all a Caribbean island has to offer? All this and more is available at our Paradise Villa Ocean Front Condo!
San Pedro is the center of all activity on Ambergris Caye and we are within easy walking distance to it all. Relax at our beautiful pool in the center of our lush tropical gardens with a great view of the ocean. Walk out to the water and discover what its like to be inside the largest barrier reef in the western hemisphere. Walk out the front and explore a diversified culture of shops, restaurants and history. This is a predominately English speaking island but influenced by many North, Central and South American nationalities.
We have a great 1 bedroom condo with a king size bed and an additional queen size Murphy bed in the living room for a total accommodation of 4. It has a recently upgraded with granite, fully equipped kitchen, TV/DVD, WIFI, central air and linen. A beautiful front porch has a direct view of the ocean and reef. You could literally throw a stone in the water from the front porch that is how close you are. Maid service as well as your taxi transport from the island airport dock is included! Also, we have 3 other beachfront condos available for rent: 2B is our Upper unit which is just above 2A and get this you can rent both units together to accommodate a larger group if you wish, please refer to ID number 1246366. Our other two (23A & 23B) beachfront units is also similar and can be rented separate or combine their ID number are 1075918 (23A) & 1107988 (23B).
Best of all, we have a property manager Emmanuel and Evelin, Guest Service that is on site daily to help you set up excursions: scuba diving, fishing, snorkeling, cave tubing, zip lining and Mayan ruins, or just any help and or advice you may need. Our condo is in an ideal location for you to walk to restaurants or nightly entertainment, but if you want to explore further; cabs, bike rentals and golf carts are readily available to rent and we are always here to help. We also have an onsite laundry service available. Service Include Wash, Dry and Fold for only $1.20US per pound, so pack light if you wish.

Great place to stay

Perfect location next to all the restaurants, beach bars and snorkeling activities. Nice view of the ocean. Host was very accommodating and quick to answer when we needed anything. Great place to stay!

Beautiful Belize

Trade winds Paradise Villas is amazing! If you have heard location, location, location that is Paradise Villas. It is close to so much yet it is quiet and peaceful! The staff is also very pleasant and easy to work with!

Lovely property!

Paradise is located super close to lots of restaurants, bars, and dive shops. The owner is responsive and friendly. He helped us have a seamless trip with a free taxi from the airport. The queen size Murphy bed was amazing and very comfortable! The balcony view of the ocean was breathtaking and the beach was easily accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed! We loved staying in paradise and would definitely return!!

We love the villas here

This is the 2nd time we rented at the Paradise Villas. Great service! Cleaning came every other day and if anything was an issue the staff were prompt. The only downside is no dishwasher or washer/dryer.

This villa lives up to it's name, Paradise Villas. The unit is in a great location with beautiful views of the sea, has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good water pressure and a very responsive and kind staff. Emmanuel is an amazing manager. We've already reserved for next year!

Great Spot in San Pedro

I almost don’t want to give a good review as the competition for spots at Paradise Villas is already tough! We’ve stayed at PV 4 years now and love its location and vibe. This is the first time at a Tradewinds property and we were not disappointed. Emanuel was Johnny on the spot and very pleasant to work with. Thank you for a great stay and we’ll see you next year.

Loved it

What a great place. My wife and I stayed for a week. Wish we could have stayed longer. Close to everything. There’s no need for a golf cart if you’re planning on staying close by the town. I would recommend getting one though to explore the whole island. The manager Emanuel helped arrange a great cart for us. Great view from the porch. Great resort with a salt water pool. Everyone was great and really took care of us. We will be back for sure.

Oceanfront paradise

This condo was perfect for our family. The kids slept on the Murphy bed and we took the bedroom. Plenty of room for us. The property is tropical and well kept. This condo was directly facing the water, steps from the sand. It’s also very central to everything in town- walking distance. We didn’t really even need to rent a golf cart but did anyway to explore the North part of the island. The staff are very friendly and the daily maid service was great and brought us extra towels without even asking. We liked the little patio area and spent some time at the pool as well. They provide pool towels and the lounge chairs around the pool and beach are super comfortable- very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect dive anniversary trip!

We had an Absolutely wonderful experience staying at this location! My husband and I were traveling for a dive trip for our wedding anniversary. We dove four days at chuck and Robby’s Which is a stones throw away from this location. We could walk to the majority of the restaurants that we wanted to visit. You can also walk to the grocery. We did rent a golf cart for a few days to explore other parts of the island. Emmanuel was super helpful, he would respond to messages within 15 minutes to an hour and made our stay very enjoyable! Our first night visiting there was a client staying above us who was Disruptive, Emmanuel moved us to a new unit the very next day without question. The amenities are clean, easy to use, and had everything we needed. We would come back to stay again in a heartbeat, and can’t wait until our next visit!

Great Experience

We spent a week at this lovely property. The unit is lovely. Just the right amount of space for our family of three. I started and ended my day on the front looking at the ocean. The condo grounds and pool area are beautiful. The property manager Emmanuel is very kind, helpful and professional. He arranged for us to be picked up and taken to the airport. He was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. Location in San Pedro couldn’t be better. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops, grocery and dive shops. I hope to return to Belize soon and will definitely have this property as my number one choice.

Nothing short of amazing...

We spent a week at Paradise Villas. The staff was wonderful; very quick to communicate and to respond to our inquires. They were very helpful in getting us acquainted to the "Island" at our very late, untimely arrival. You can't beat the location if you want to be close to the action (restaurants, shops, diving etc) but far enough away to enjoy the peace and serenity of the island. The pool, grounds and unit were beautifully maintained. The unit was well equip for all of our needs (be sure to bring your own beach towels as they were not provided). While the unit wasn't "fancy" by any means, it was perfect for the limited amount of time that we spent inside; we didn't visit San Pedro to spend our time indoors. There appeared to be security on the premises 24/7. We never felt threatened on the island but it sure was nice to have an extra layer of "protection" where we stayed. No vendors/peddlers were allowed on premises. When at Paradise Villas we spent majority of our time on the front porch; what an AHHHHMAZING view and sunrise. Bill, Emmanuel & Evelyn: thank you so much for aiding in a magical vacation!

Great location in town and right in the water

We loved our stay! The unit was just as described and the management company was so easy to work with. They arranged our transportation to/from the ferry which was a big plus and we enjoyed having the pool as well. Thank you for everything. We loved Belize and especially San Pedro and can’t wait to return some day soon.

Room with a View

Can't beat the location of this unit. First floor waterfront rental in nice resort complex. Sand right outside the front door. Walking distance to everything you need -- eating, drinking, shopping, etc. One bedroom unit with small kitchen, dining area and living room. Front patio with table and chairs. Accommodations are typical San Pedro -- comfortable and clean. Good water pressure. Plenty of hot water. Central air (not window units) works well -- though unit is located in closet in bedroom, so is a little noisy when trying to sleep. There is a Murphy bed in the living room for extra guests. Buildings in Belize aren't insulated, so plan to hear noise from neighbors -- particularly from above in this unit. Wasn't horrible, but could hear walking, moving furniture on balcony, etc. Kitchen is equipped, with basic utensils and cookware. Think basic cooking, no gourmet meals. But, that is ok -- there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. And, if you eat "local" it is the same or cheaper than if you cooked in. Daily housekeeping -- they keep the place spotless. Replace towels daily. Very friendly. All resort staff friendly/hard working. Towels are provided. So are small bars of soap. As well as salt and pepper and a handful of coffee filters. Plan to bring/buy anything else you need -- hair dryer, shampoo, spices, etc. We had beer and water delivered to our room so that it was available upon arrival. Pool on property. Not huge, but decent size. Clean. Lots of palm trees if you need shade. There is a dock in the water across from the property if you want to go swimming the Caribbean Sea. Not too deep. Can't go far -- if you want to do laps, probably need to up or down a ways to a beach area. We would stay again. Had a great time. Thank you!

The view was exactly what you see here. The bed was great. The staff was great. The condo it's self was a little old but it was fine. A little small but we knew that. The only problem we had was the frig didn't work well at all. We bought milk and had to put it into the freezer because we were afraid it would go bad instead it separated go figure. We thought we didn't have hot water but we were wrong. The hot is cold and the cold is hot. Over all the place is nice and we had a great time.

Great Location Unit 2A

Stayed in condo unit 2A ocean front, complex in a great location, bed was comfy, A/C was great, view from patio was beautiful. They do clean the unit everyday except Sunday which was nice. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Pool was nice, water warm, swim floats available to use. Swimming off end of pier right out in front of condo was good and you can snorkel, saw schools of fish and stingrays. There is WiFi in room and at the pool, shows a good connection but WiFi is slow, do all your downloads (books, movies etc) to devices before you get here. Condo is walking distance to all things in town, restaurants, bars, shops, grocery store. We did rent a golf cart and liked having it to go to some of the farther places. For the downtown area not worth driving because parking is not always easy. At the condo there is room to park the golf cart. Several beach front bars and restaurants right out the door within walking distance. Nice accommodations, office staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

I first came to Belize in the early 80s. I fell in love with San Pedro and came back at least twice a year. There were only a few hotels to choose from at the time. I picked the Paradise Hotel on the north edge of the village as the best location. I didn't buy anything for quite awhile, but later when they built the Paradise Villas next door, I jumped in. The rest is history . Never looked back. Formed a wholesale travel agency for the country. Then started managing Paradise Villas units in addition to the first one I bought. I live there now and will be there to greet you.

Location-Location-Location. Well built Mexican style villas with all the amenities. Minutes on the beach to everything. My personal condo, #23 is also my favorite one in the complex. Back in the day, I could have chose anyone of them. My on site management team is there for your every need. My manager Emanuel for over fifteen years is born and raised there. I am sure you will love it here as much as I do.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Nothing between you and the ocean when you sit on your veranda. You are in front of the other condos and the pool. Watch the boats go by and the local high school kids walking the beach to and from school. See you dive, fish, or tour guide pull up to your dock to pick you up. Wave at them and then walk out to adventure. Come back and take a dip in the pool
