Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The bedrooms were clean and several linens provided. Could see the beach perfectly from the balcony. Enough room for our family of 8 to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Condo was very clean. Comfortable beds, not too soft, not too hard. Well stocked kitchen. Large balcony with great view of the Gulf of America. Outdoor pool is not heated. Short walk to the beach.

Terrible!

When we checked in after putting our things up the bottom of my feet were black! The floors were filthy, they were not vacuumed, sand all over the floors. There was sand on the kitchen counter butcher block. Not the cleanest place but the beds were ok. We had to pay for another parking pass, 91 & the parking lot wasnā€™t even full. I didnā€™t want to waste a whole day waiting for a cleaning crew to come back & watch them clean so I cleaned it myself. It was our 50th wedding anniversary & the place was a disappointment. The entrance to there is very narrow so donā€™t bring a big vehicle. We wonā€™t be vack

Spring Break Fun!

We loved Orange Beach and this condo. The view of the gulf from the porch is spectacular, we could sit there all day. The beach is steps away and it is a very clean, family friendly beach. The condo has everything we needed. The beds are so clean and comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Spring break trip

The condo was great. Everything was clean and easy to access. We have stayed in Florida for the last few spring trips. However, this trip to Orange Beach made us change our minds on Florida. The beach is beautiful and much less crowded. The condo and building were both well maintained and lovely. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for allowing our family to enjoy and great week at the beach.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay with our family, including our two kids (ages 5 and 8). The location was fantasticā€”right on the beach and close to everything we needed. The indoor heated pool was definitely a highlight for us; it was perfect for kids, and we found ourselves making multiple trips a day. The hot tub was also nice, though just a heads-up, kids under 13 arenā€™t allowed, which was fine for us. At first, we didnā€™t see any beach chairs, but we eventually found a couple in the condo. However, there werenā€™t any sand toys for kids, so if youā€™re traveling with little ones, you may want to bring your own. It would have also been nice to have some kid-friendly games in the unit, though we brought a few of our own. The main road nearby is pretty busy, so I wouldnā€™t recommend walking along it with young kids, but we did see plenty of people doing so. Overall, we had a great experience with very few issues and would happily Lee turn!

Perfect Getaway!

My spouse and I stayed in 703 Bluewater for three nights and had a fabulous visit! Check in and out was easy and communication was outstanding! The hosts communicated with us before and during the stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. The condo was clean and spacious. The master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms by the living space and kitchen which is nice if you are looking for a bit of privacy. The balcony is large with a table and six chairs and two lounge chairs. The view of the gulf is amazing! Workers were pressure washing the balconies while we were there and we might have planned that day a bit differently if we had known. The workers were in and out in less than an hour but we did hear the noise for several hours while they were washing the units around us. It was too loud to be able to sit on the balcony and have a conversation. However, we are glad the units are being cleaned and maintained and this was a very minor issue and an isolated event. The kitchen was well-equipped, the showers had plenty of water pressure and hot water, and the AC worked great. One reason we chose this property was the Clean Bed Guarantee and all the beds/bedding were spotless. You might want to bring a hairdryer--I don't remember if that was in the list of suggested items to bring or not. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and the unit met or exceeded all expectations. We would love to return to 703 Bluewater for another relaxing visit!

Nothing fancy, but clean

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, but a little dated. The condo next to us is being renovated so you could hear the beeping of the reverse scaffolding the ENTIRE day on the beach. It was super annoying. Easy check-in and checkout process.
