Welcome to Villa A-5 "Island Time" on beautiful St George Island! All new outdoor weatherproof decking for Spring 2024! We invite you to explore this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach front condo! Island Time is an upstairs condo with 2 sets of stairs inside for twice the view! You are conveniently located downtown at the Villas of St. George with parking right outside your door. The Villa's complex private pool is only steps away with plenty of seating, an outdoor shower, and a private walkway to the beach.
You can add a golf cart, bicycles, kayak, stand up paddle board, beach chairs and more with a discount, please inquire with us when making your reservation for details.

On the top level looking out the wide glass doors and windows in the master bedroom, you will know you are at the beach! Completely clear unobstructed views of sky, sand and sea! These breathtaking balcony views are great for bird & dolphin sighting, drone flying, selfies, and more! Balconies from the living room and master bedroom are private with privacy walls on each side.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances pots pans toaster coffee maker it is turnkey. All sheets and towels are provided, beds will be made upon arrival.
All T.V.s in the house are HDTV flat screens, and YES! There is FREE WI-FI, cable. Throughout the condo are tranquil shades of blue, grey, and aqua to give a relaxed feel. Decorated with nautical detail to make our guest feel the ambiance of St. George Island. Being a top level unit youā€™ll have panoramic views and no one walking around above your head.

House will be professionally clean upon your arrival and includes bed linens, and towels for your convenience. Contact is available 24/7 during your stay should you need any assistance. In order to save guest money, we do not require you to purchase rental insurance to rent this property; however, we highly suggest you purchase rental insurance to protect your vacation investment.

Everything was great. We had an issue one morning with the upstairs ac unit leaking and dripping downstairs. I contacted the manager through this app and he immediately responded and maintence was there before we even got ready to go out to the beach for the day. Everything was in working order before lunch!

Older unit not for older people

The unit was well decorated and the views were excellent. Being an older unit there were many items that needed some TLC. Some we had to contact management for. Kaley was prompt to get those taken care of. Not having a bathroom on the first floor just doesn't work if you are a senior citizen. We had to leave early due to an emergency. The owner did not reimburse us for the 4 days we had left, which is understandable but he should have given us some credit. It was an unforseen emmedical emergency.

Terrible experience

Very unsatisfied!!! My family and I were at this residence in late September when hurricane helene formed in gulf coast. Halfway through our trip there was a mandatory island evacuation so our trip was cut short. Jerry the host of this property told me numerous times he would reimburse me for the days we didnā€™t get to stay, but he lied!!!! Itā€™s been almost two months since our trip and he still has not reimbursed me! Would NOT recommend this property unless you like being lied too! Going to reach out to vrbo customer service for reimbursement and file a complaint!

Excellent! View was fantastic and the beach was quiet...no motor bikes, jet skis, etc. We saw dolphins the first day. The only complaint is the lack of a bathroom on the main floor. Going up and down stairs is an adventure for older people (76, 75). I would suggest putting an illuminated strip on the ends of each stair, as the last stair and the floor are the same color/pattern. I would definitely stay here again!!

Girls Weekend

My girls and I go to the beach every year for our Girls Only time. We loved the villa we stayed in which was beach front. It was decorated nicely, very clean and worked out perfect for our weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful

We usually go to Destin but Iā€™d found SGI 2 years ago and told my husband we HAD to go. No high rises. No fancy shops. No go karts. JUST the beach. I couldnā€™t find a place to do daily set up of chairs and umbrella, which is the only downside-carrying all our stuff down BUT we were RIGHT on the beach. Best views. Loved having the pool. We saw dolphins, sting rays, and crabs. The state park is beyond gorgeous.

Great location

This was our first trip to the island, so we planned a short trip to get ideas for future longer stays. This property was in a great location - right on the ocean, so had great views and was within walking distance of restaurants, shops, & bike path. Would've given 5 stars, but a few things annoyed us about the place: 1) The pool & gated path to the ocean required gate codes which were not provided in our rental info, or found anywhere in the condo. Had to ask around until we found someone who'd tell us the codes. 2) The water pressure in the bathroom sinks was barely a trickle. One of the bathroom toilets had a defective handle so we had to remove the lid to pull the chain to get it to flush and the other toilet had a small leak since the flap would not close tight so would briefly run to refill every 10 minutes or so (curious to see their water bill). Also, the sliding glass door on the master suite shower came off the roller and almost fell and broke the first time my wife tried using it. I got it back on the rack, but that could've been bad. Would've called to get these bathroom issues resolved but we were only staying 2 nights. 3) The washer/dryer seriously needs to be cleaned - lots of visible lint/dust 4) Couldn't get streaming to work on the TV - there were 4 remotes for some reason. But could never get Netlix up. Probably dead batteries in the remotes. Overall, tho, these were minor issues - we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to others.
