Escape to the tranquil beauty of St. George Island, a quiet barrier island known for its natural scenery and relaxed pace. Located in the sought-after Villas of St. George, this charming beachfront townhome offers unobstructed views of the Gulf, direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk over the dunes, and no roads to cross—just steps from the sand.

Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf, the community pool, and the manicured tropical grounds right from your private decks off the living room (2nd floor) and master bedroom (3rd floor). Please note: there is no elevator in the unit.

Inside, you'll find a bright, beachy interior with thoughtful touches throughout. The home features:

Comfortable luxury bedding
Two full bathrooms
A full-sized, well-equipped kitchen
In-unit washer and dryer

A 65” Smart TV in the living room and an additional TV in the master bedroom—both with cable

Furnished balconies perfect for morning coffee or sunset watching

Keep an eye out for dolphins swimming offshore, kites dancing in the breeze, and pelicans gliding above. You can even catch a glimpse of the iconic St. George Island lighthouse from the kitchen balcony.

Community amenities include an in-ground pool and outdoor grills, perfect for winding down after a day on the beach.

4th trip!

Excellent location, walking distance to almost everything. Great views! Perfect spot for being in the middle of it all. Only drawback was the parking. About half the time, there weren’t enough spaces and we had to find somewhere to park. I assume this was due to the rented golf carts in spaces which is no fault of the owner. We’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

We’ll be back!

Overall we had a fantastic week at the Villas. The location was perfect, pool access, beach front access and the size of the condo was great for our little family! Check in was a breeze along with checking out. Any questions we had before checking in were answered super quickly as well! The place could use a little updating, but we’re there for the beach so it didn’t bother us too much! We’re already looking into coming back :) Thanks for the memories we made and hope to make future ones!

+. Great location, wonderfully decorated, nice view, owner great communication. Everything you needed was there. - Too many stairs (3 stories, recent double knee replacement). No bathroom on living room level. No A\C the first.the first night..repaired the next day…

The entire complex needs updating ——- all the door mats were very worn and the mats inside in this unit, especially kitchen, really old. Could use updated decor, but I realize the price was lower than others.

This was the second time we have stayed in Barbara’s condo and we love it! The view is amazing, the location is perfect. Walking distance to everything. Barbara is a great host and answers any questions very quickly. The condo is well equipped. Couldn’t ask for more!

Beautiful location. Easy access to all the restaurants and shops. So close to beach and the pool was awesome . Can’t wait to stay there again. The stairs were the only thing we didn’t like . Anyone with mobility problems would be in trouble.

Beach getaway with friends

This condo was perfect for our group of 4. The view of the pool, palm trees and beach were spectacular! Even better from the master bedroom. We just sat out on the deck and soaked it in. The condo was stocked well. We made a stop at the Piggly Wiggly on the way in for provisions. It was a quick walk to the beach, pool and walking distance to anything in the town center. Loved every minute here!

Wonderful stay. We loved the easy-going atmosphere on the island and the golf cart riding. The condominium was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The beds and furniture we’re comfortable and the balcony view of the ocean was absolutely amazing. We loved the pool and the short distance to the beach. We will be back as soon as we can.

Our condo is located in a building with only 2 other units and a complex with only 42 units total. We love the view of the ocean from the deck off the living room and the bedroom. The beach is beautiful and what sold us on St. George is the Old Florida atmosphere and the lack of crowds on the beach and at the pool. We have comfortable furnishings and the best cleaning crew on the island!
