Newly Renovated! Immaculate oversized one bedroom unit with fully loaded kitchen, dining area, living room with wide screen TV. King size bed in master. Washer/dryer in the unit, internet, cable TV and central air conditioning/heat!
Partial views of the bay from balcony! On site heated swimming pool (Dec-April) and barbecue grills!
Situated in the heart of Manasota Key with all of its offerings but tucked away off the main street. The beach is directly across the street!
BOAT docks available! (reservation needed..no extra charge but no trailers allowed on site)
Free business sponsored shuttle carts available to take you around to restaurants/shops/activities! (One upscale restaurant just next door!)
Englewood area is well known for its great fishing, boating, golf, fine dining and of course it's' 4 beaches!
We supply everything including beach chairs and towels!
Enjoy morning sunrises on the balcony with partial view of the bay and evening sunsets on the beach! Watch the dolphins and manatees play from our very own docks! Fish from our private pier! Island life as it should be!

We had an amazing time here! Everything was walkable. We most enjoyed the wonderful nature viewing, fishing, and beach walking. We probably saw 4 or 5 eagles from the back of the condo alone. There are also multiple places to grab food and drinks and meet other people. The condo is adorable. Bed is super comfortable. And there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t already stocked for us. Thank you for the much needed, beautiful getaway. We will be back!

4th of July Getaway

It is our 2nd time staying at the property. Very nice and comfortable for 3 adults. Short walk across the street to the beach. Has everything you need for a long weekend.

Shark Teeth Hunt

We had a great time in Englewood and Manasota Key staying at this location. The entire place was very clean; check-in was a breeze and had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs etc. The sunrise in the morning from our balcony to the sunset on the beach which was just a short walk across the street was awesome. It was close to the local restaurants and other amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place

Everything with this condo is a breeze. Super clean and convenient to bay and beach which is perfect combination. Easy access to everything and all the beaches and restaurants in the area. It’s quiet and the communication with the owners was easy too. We found so many shark teeth on Blind Pass beach which is just a short drive away. Would definitely stay again. Absolutely love this area what a gem Manasota Key really is.

This property was very clean and comfortable. It has a nice pool and very easy to walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful. We had a great vacation and would stay here again.

Island Breeze

The Condo is brand new, if not, you cannot tell from anything inside, everything is perfect. Friendly neighbors, everyone says hello or good morning, convenient to the Waverly and the other restaurants, Beach Access means you walk straight across the road and to the beach. Great place to stay

Dave and Tiz were great hosts! Their place was super clean, and fully equipped with whatever you may need. Check in was a breeze. The location is perfect too, walking distance to the beach, with restaurants, and shopping just right down the road. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths, and even beach towels. The convenience of having a washer and dryer was great too. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10!

Nice stay

It was a nice stay. The condo was clean and had enough linens. The beach chairs were old and the umbrella didn’t work but we managed.

Sorry Lori about the beach chairs and umbrella. The salt does deteriorate them quickly but both were only a couple of months old. If we had known we would have been more than happy to solve the problem upon notification.

Short walk to the beach

Property was clean and well stocked. Check-in was easy. Great communication. The reason for our visit was to look for shark teeth. We found many. The beach was a two minute walk from our room. We enjoyed the pool after a long day of hunting. We will be back.

lovely stay on the Key!

We could not be happier with our stay on Manasota Key! Due to hurricane damage, our regular spot in nearby Venice was unavailable, and we (luckily) landed here. Dave and Tiz were friendly and helpful from the point of first contact, and the location was just perfect. Nice pool with a short walk to the beach, and the unit was clean, comfortable and so relaxing. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance, and the energy of the Key and its community was warm and inviting.

Beautiful condo

Perfect for us

After a week in the keys, we made the drive up to Englewood. The condo was perfect! Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. So much to do in the area, we will be back soon!
