Our condo is perfectly situated on the 15th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, a 42" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" SMART TVS in the 3rd AND 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and two full over full size bunk beds in the 4th bedroom for sleeping up to 16!



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This condo was great! It accommodated 12 people nicely and would accommodate more. The location is excellent. The only complaint I have is that the door to the balcony was extremely difficult to open and needs repairs, and the appliances need to be replaced. Overall, it was a great experience.

Beautiful Condo stay with the family

Reviewer Comments: We loved this unit. we had a broken TV and a broken coffee maker upon arrival, and I was amazed how fast the new TV and coffee maker showed up by what im assuming the manager?. They took care of the problems fast! Loved the layout and how spacious this condo was. The only thing I could say is maybe a few more cooking utensils, mixing bowls and pitchers. Overall, it was a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful building and facilities Spacious quarters and very clean - as pictured. Described as a “chef’s kitchen” however, we didn’t have an oven mitt, dish towels, electric can opener or serving dishes. Wouldn’t matter as much except we were there over the Thanksgiving holiday. Oven door was difficult to close, but it did close fully once pushed hard.

Great Condo but Needs Some Love

The condo is great however the couch needs to be replaced as there is a huge tear in the cushion and doesn’t sit well. The dining chairs are gross and need to be recovered. The oven door is broken and the light doesn’t work. The beds were comfortable which is why I give this rating a Great Condo because sleeping well is the most important part of the stay. The master bathroom toilet has mold or something and should be replaced. The master shower head should be upgraded. The outdoor furniture is rusted and broken. Great space and layout. A few upgrades would go a long way!

2024 Family Vacation

We love the Phoenix in Gulf Shores. This unit was very spacious. Would sleep up to 18 people easily. The stove is a tad bit old but works. The living room sofa is older but spacious. We had dish problems but called the number provided and was taken care of ASAP. A few of the dishes were dirty, but we washed them… so not a big deal. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. It does not have an ice maker which some of the other u it’s have. I did overlook that when booking. It’s very nice to have coolers.

This one was bigger, more bedrooms and bathrooms, better parking options. Step free pools were very helpful for my dad in a wheelchair. We fit the whole family and didn't even use two of the beds. Very open and so much space. Beds were comfy and lots of bathroom towels and supplies. Not a whole lot of kitchen supplies for cooking, plenty for serving and two coffee makers, a pot and keurig. The elevators would get you up and down fast! The gym was big and open. The staff was all very friendly, which is always a plus!

Spacious & Clean

Really enjoyed our stay - the condo layout was excellent with LOTS Of room for 10+ Teenagers and adults. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. What I love about this Phoenix is that the elevators work GREAT and you don't spend 30 mins waiting for the next one. Quick and easy haul to the beach. WE had a great time!

Spent many enjoyable hours out there. The pool areas and beach access was amazing well maintained. Condo decorated very nicely- we enjoyed Alligator Alley, a Dolphin Cruise- The Hangout- Tacky Jacks- the Track for Go Carts- the 50’s Diner- shopping- Parasailing-and threw in a wedding on the beach. The well stocked kitchen is a bit of a stretch- no spices- pans in tough shape. Oven drawer falling off- loose toilet- no iron or ironing board. Overall- everyone we encountered was friendly at the condo. Would highly recommend. A great time was had by all.

Family beach trip

Beautiful property and very roomy for a large family with young children. The bunk room was great for my grandkids! This property was large enough for myself, my adult son, my 2 adult daughters and their husbands and 6 grandchildren! Would definitely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Phoenix Gulf Shores 1501 was an absolutely beautiful condo. The furnishings were very nice and the view and location were awesome. There were 2 issues, however that kept me from being able to rate it 5 stars. First, the owner needs to invest in some new mattresses. The king bedroom mattress as well as those in the queen rooms were very much in need of replacement. The second issue is that this was the most poorly stocked condo I have ever stayed in. There weren’t enough bath towels for the number of guests and there was only one kitchen towel in the place. The kitchen was also poorly stocked with necessities for those wanting to cook, compared to my other experiences. With these improvements, this would definitely have been a 5-star experience.

Great spring break trip

We stayed at this property for a friends and their families for our spring break vacation. The location was great. The view was excellent. The condo was able to sleep the 14 of us comfortably. The condo was clean. Some staining on the furniture. A suggestion that I will give is make sure you bring paper towels, toilet paper and seasonings for cooking for your stay. There was no salt/pepper and only one roll paper towel and a roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The ice machines did not work property. We had a service man come to clean the ice maker and after that, the ice machine did not make the ice as needed. We did bring ice cubes trays and made our own ice.

Spring Break 2023

The property was beautiful and was in a great location. It was walkable to restaurants. It was very easy to check in and the owner was very helpful. We had a few issues with some maintenance but he immediately got it taken care of. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!
