Private Pool! 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home and walking distance from the beach

When you drive up to the home you have a driveway that wraps around to the back of the home. There is enough parking for four or more vehicles in the driveway. You have two entrances to the home. The front door which leads into the living room and the back door which leads into the back bedroom and into the kitchen.

When you walk through the front door, you will see the wide open living room with plenty of seating. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the couch. To your right you will see the stairs leading up to the second floor. past there is the kitchen with an island brand new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Plenty of cabinet space on top and on bottom. You have your dining room which consist of a large dinning room table that sits 6 people. On the opposite side of the kitchen you have a door leading out into an enclosed screen room / sun room that has two separate twin beds. This room also has a door leading out to the back yard.

On the other side of the living room (Going left from the Front door) you will go into a hallway. To the left you will have your first master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom. When going back out into the hallway if you go right you will be at the door for the second master with a king size bed and full bath. Also in that hallway you have the half bath. There is a full size washer and dryer in the home.

Going upstairs it comes out in an open loft space that over looks the living room with a tv and bean bag chair. There is a door that takes you out onto a small balcony where you will find amazing views of the ocean and sunset. You have a guest bathroom and in the middle of the hallway going left from the stairs. On one side there is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and the same in the 2nd guest bedroom.

Pool is not heated or cooled. This is a private pool. Minimum booking age 25 please. No pets.
