Avila Beach Condo Rental Offers Ocean Views and Close Proximity to Piers, Beachcombing, and Downtown Amenities. This Retreat at the Coast Offers Luxurious and Spacious Living in Avila Beach, California. Condo Located Only Steps to the Beach.

Sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. This two story condo is located in a completely gated and secure building. Features two family rooms allowing everyone to have their own space. On the first level the family room has a pullout queen sofa sleeper, 32" flat screen with DVD and digital cable service. First bedroom on the entry level is furnished with two twin beds. Second bedroom also on the entry level is furnished with a queen bed. The Great Room is on the second floor and is a complete retreat to relax or entertain your family and friends. A wonderful gathering space featuring a large sectional sofa facing the ocean, gas fireplace, and 50" flat screen with DVD player and Spectrum Cable App. Gourmet kitchen fully stocked and equipped with everything the home chef will need. Primary suite has a king bed as well as a large, private, and luxurious spa bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.

2 reserved parking spaces in secured parking garage.

Great Location

Great location and spacious layout – perfect for large families! The living areas were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the rental company was easy and they were always very helpful. Just a heads up: beach towels and chairs are not provided, so it's best to bring your own. You can rent them at the store next door, but prices are a bit high. Overall, a awesome stay - highly recommend!

The location was perfect-walking distance to beach. Large family room and kitchen had all necessary things. One thing I would recommend to the owner is to put a blackout curtains or darker window coverings in the bottom 2 bedrooms. The neighbors had bright lights all whole night. Other than that it was a great location for takeout and easy check in and check out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another wonderful weekend at our favorite Avila Beach condo. Having the beach, Kraken coffee and the restaurants and new tap room nearby is fantastic. The property is spacious, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The only downside is the expense, which is considerable but we splurge when we can.

Disappointed -communication poor - unit needs maintenance

We arrived and we could not park because of the gate code. When we finally got the garage opener, the outside courtyard was covered with painters & drop cloths. Paint fumes- drop clothes, ladders etcs for the first two days. Upstairs smelled like BBQ smoke because of the smoker below the windows. Wi- Fi did not work so we had no TV- Music or computer access. Fireplace did not work. Upstairs toilet (kitchen) did not flush- Ice maker was broken. Doors to patio would not lock and the carpets were dirty. Property manager did not handle any of grievances. Said to "go out and buy a bag of ice" and they would reimburse us. Very disappointed with Coastal Vacation Rentals.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location. A half a block from the beach. It did not have air conditioning and the windows are broken to open and let cold night air in for the master bedroom. Downstairs bedrooms are a bit cooler. Most places I have stayed have simple things in the kitchen like an extra roll of paper towels or Saran Wrap or foil. This had none and the kitchen cupboards could use to be cleaned. Overall I recommend this place. Book directly through costal vacations for the best price.

The best of all the courtyard properties

We stayed here for my husband's 50th birthday. We had friends in three of the other units. We have also stayed in two of the other units at one time or another. So, out of the nine units we have now seen or stayed in six of them. I can say, without a doubt, while ALL of the properties are nice, this one in particular is our favorite. The upstairs is so light and open. The balcony and main room has a view with the ocean. It was fun to sit out on the balcony and people watch, too. Location was perfect, amenities nice, and just a fabulous overall rental. We will be back!

Great location close to beach

Family reunion weekend. This was a great location for kids and adults. The house had lots of games and kids books which was wonderful. Easy walk to the beach and shops and easy drive to Cal Poly where we went to several events.

Wonderful Stay

Incredibly clean, and a very well stocked (pots pans etc) kitchen in a perfect location (steps from the waterfront and beach). We loved it. The Master bed and bathroom were fantastic. We had a wonderful time there.

Thanksgiving getaway

Great location everything is within walking distance the beach, wine tasting, restaurants, shopping etc. The house was perfect size for my family, common area’s to hang out together and enough room to spread out when needed. It was very clean, easy check in and out. The communication from the rental agent was very responsive.

Another Amazing Stay at Avila Beach

This is our second time staying at 55 San Miguel and it was a very positive experience. You can’t beat the location. Steps from the beach, shops, restaurants. Unit was clean upon arrival and had all the amenities we needed. Was able to do laundry and use a fully equipped kitchen which is key for a family of 6. Hope to stay again next summer!

The large upstairs living area...with a view of the ocean...worked perfectly for spending time together. Really appreciated having two designated parking spots.Just a couple of small suggestions. Loose the floor rugs in entry, kitchen and bath rooms or keep them clean. Provide a cordless vacuum for quick clean ups.

The location was great and the deck has a view of the ocean. Kitchen was well equipped and the master suite is beautiful. Great dining and fresh seafood from the pier within walking distance. Had a great time!! Would like to have a little bigger dining table to accommodate the number of people that the unit sleeps, but other than that a perfect get away.
