Sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. This two story condo is located in a completely gated and secure building. Features two family rooms allowing everyone to have their own space. On the first level the family room has a pullout queen sofa sleeper, 32" flat screen with DVD and digital cable service. First bedroom on the entry level is furnished with two twin beds. Second bedroom also on the entry level is furnished with a queen bed. The Great Room is on the second floor and is a complete retreat to relax or entertain your family and friends. A wonderful gathering space featuring a large sectional sofa facing the ocean, gas fireplace, and 50" flat screen with DVD player and Spectrum Cable App. Gourmet kitchen fully stocked and equipped with everything the home chef will need. Primary suite has a king bed as well as a large, private, and luxurious spa bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Great Location

Great location and spacious layout ā€“ perfect for large families! The living areas were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the rental company was easy and they were always very helpful. Just a heads up: beach towels and chairs are not provided, so it's best to bring your own. You can rent them at the store next door, but prices are a bit high. Overall, a awesome stay - highly recommend!

The location was perfect-walking distance to beach. Large family room and kitchen had all necessary things. One thing I would recommend to the owner is to put a blackout curtains or darker window coverings in the bottom 2 bedrooms. The neighbors had bright lights all whole night. Other than that it was a great location for takeout and easy check in and check out.

Wonderful Stay

Incredibly clean, and a very well stocked (pots pans etc) kitchen in a perfect location (steps from the waterfront and beach). We loved it. The Master bed and bathroom were fantastic. We had a wonderful time there.

Great location close to beach

Family reunion weekend. This was a great location for kids and adults. The house had lots of games and kids books which was wonderful. Easy walk to the beach and shops and easy drive to Cal Poly where we went to several events.

Excellent Location, has a great Weekend

We loved our stay, the condo is very pretty. excellent location just a bit noisy being next to an Alley where the restaurant garbage bins are picked up early in the morning. But worth it!!

Thanksgiving getaway

Great location everything is within walking distance the beach, wine tasting, restaurants, shopping etc. The house was perfect size for my family, common areaā€™s to hang out together and enough room to spread out when needed. It was very clean, easy check in and out. The communication from the rental agent was very responsive.

Another Amazing Stay at Avila Beach

This is our second time staying at 55 San Miguel and it was a very positive experience. You canā€™t beat the location. Steps from the beach, shops, restaurants. Unit was clean upon arrival and had all the amenities we needed. Was able to do laundry and use a fully equipped kitchen which is key for a family of 6. Hope to stay again next summer!

The best of all the courtyard properties

We stayed here for my husband's 50th birthday. We had friends in three of the other units. We have also stayed in two of the other units at one time or another. So, out of the nine units we have now seen or stayed in six of them. I can say, without a doubt, while ALL of the properties are nice, this one in particular is our favorite. The upstairs is so light and open. The balcony and main room has a view with the ocean. It was fun to sit out on the balcony and people watch, too. Location was perfect, amenities nice, and just a fabulous overall rental. We will be back!

Beautiful spot in Avila Beach

We had a Mother's Day weekend with the kids and stayed here--it was awesome! The only thing that could have been improved was the weather. The condo was 1/2 block from the beach--couldn't ask for a better location. The unit was beautifully decorated, and very spacious. More than enough room for all 8 of us (all adults). The Master bedroom & bath was luxurious and just beautiful. The kitchen was large & very well-stocked. The only thing I needed & couldn't find was a vegetable peeler! We were very happy with the rental agency as well, they were very accommodating & easy to work with. Overall, a lovely stay in a beautiful location!

Beautifully Decorated Condo, Great Location

This townhouse is beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. We really enjoyed how close it is the beach--you don't even have to cross a street to get to the beach. Some of the furniture and art has been changed since the photos were taken--it's actually nicer than it looks in this listing! Since it is so close to everything, there is a bit of street noise, especially in the mornings. Also, sadly the drain in the giant master bathtub wouldn't plug, so it was not usable. This was a great place to stay, and we really enjoyed our time there--would rent this space again!

Large sunny condo in a great location

We've stayed at this property before and really enjoyed our stay. The property is large and a great place for gathering. It's also in a great location right in the middle of Avila Beach. There are a few things that were broken in the condo. The master bathroom has this huge jet tub but the faucet didn't work so there was no hot water coming out and the drain is broken so the tub wouldn't hold water. The wifi wasn't plugged in when we got there and we found the router and plugged it in but the password and port name were different from what was noted in the check in package so it took a while to figure out how to connect to the wifi. Also one of the garage remotes didn't work either. But, other than that the property was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be back.
