A truly beautiful oceanfront condo in a gated complex with unobstructed ocean and Kailua town views. Elegant furnishings in this immaculate home away from home. Step into a gorgeous fully equipped Kitchen with beautiful Granite Counters and newer appliances. Comfortable carpet on your feet in the living room and bedrooms.
Both bathrooms have been remodeled. The master has a walk in shower, while the guest bath has a tub/shower combination. Full sized washer/dryer for your convenience.
This spectacular 2 bedroom, 2 bath has an attractive open floor plan featuring 1170 square feet. Queen sized bed in the oceanfront master bedroom, King sized bed in the back bedroom with the garden view.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting.

The large swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to enjoy.

Wonderful!

Enjoyed mornings and evening overlooking the ocean and watching the sunrise and sunset. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for our days spent on the beach. One of my favorite properties we have stayed at!

Just what we needed!

Our stay was amazing. My favorite part was sitting on our Lenai listening to the surf. We wanted to play pickleball but there was no gear. I messaged the manager and by end of day they delivered a new set. We had bought a collapsable cooker and beach bag. We never even used them as they had what we needed including beach chairs. The place was stunning and comfortable and everything I needed to stop thinking about work.

Spring Fling

Overall, very positive experience. One debit is cookware. Pots and pans are worn aluminum. In this day and age where people are concerned about the impact of microplastics in food container products, Teflon coatings and aluminum, some inexpensive stainless pans and pots would be a welcome addition.

Wonderful

Two couples shared this condo for a week's vacation. It had everything we wanted--nicely furnished, good kitchen, great views from the nice sitting area on the patio, and overall a very quiet complex. It's also in an excellent location, easy access to a grocery store and restaurants up the road, or a short drive into Kailua-Kona town. We would definitely stay here again!

Love Keauhou

I have been visiting the Kona area for 45 years and this unit has been the nicest one I’ve stayed in. Spectacular location and views. Loved the sound of the surf while falling asleep. Unit is well equipped. Loved the recliner with the good lumbar support. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this condo for a week. The unit was very warm inside when we arrived, but we opened the windows and turned on the fans and it quickly cooled off. Unit is very clean, grounds are well maintained, pool was great, good location near everything. We had a minor maintenance issue which was addressed very quickly. Overall a great experience.

Very nice breeze through both bedrooms. Well appointed. Disappointed that although there were lots and lots of tv stations, could not get currents stations with news, sports and shows. local mgr could not help when contacted. We hope to stay there again next year! should fix the kitchen faucet that sprays water when using the flex spout line. could use more supplies ie, toilet paper, soap, etc. Great spot and I recommend it to others!

Paradise

This property exceeds expectations! The lovely photos actually don’t do it justice. It is beautifully laid out to take advantage of trade winds. Right on the coast, with stunning views and sunsets. Very well appointed (nice, comfy furniture in and out, functional kitchen). It’s also well located — shopping, coffee, restaurants and in town Kona are nearby. We rented a car to explore the island. Parking is clear! Very quiet too, mostly just the sound of the ocean and that’s a gentle sound. Highly recommended!
