The Space: Welcome to The Marquee, a spacious and stylish condo combination located directly on historic King Street, offering the perfect setup for large groups looking to experience the best of downtown Charleston. With 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, this unique property comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests while providing both space and privacy.
The Marquee consists of two nearly identical condos located on the second and third floors, connected by a private internal stairwell. Each condo features an open-concept layout that blends lounge and kitchenette space, ideal for gathering, relaxing, and spending time together. The living areas showcase high vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and original brick walls, adding authentic Charleston character throughout.
Each level includes a convenient kitchenette stocked with basic kitchenware for light meals and snacks. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed, featuring two primary suites with plush king-size beds, luxury linens, and private ensuite bathrooms. The remaining four guest bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and easy access to two additional full bathrooms located off the main living spaces. All bedrooms include flat-screen TVs with a Comcast cable package.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire second and third floors, with electronic locks on all entry doors for added peace of mind. The property is well lit and easily accessible.
