This place was great for me and my group of friends! There was plenty of room and the place was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach and there were a few beach supplies like beach chairs for us to use. The rental company was quick to respond when we needed help. Great stay overall!

Very relaxing vacation!!

Condo was prefect for our family vacation, plenty of room for everyone to have a good time. The location with the option to use the bayside beach area or to go to the gulf side beach area was great for our grandkids!!

Pensacola Stay

Everything was as described, unit was very clean, and check-in process was very easy. Easy walk to beach and just a few steps from the bay side. Would book and stay at this location again!

Great property

This was our first beach vacation and Boardwalk was the perfect location. It looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed. We will definitely be making return trips!

Would definitely come back

We enjoyed our stay, the property was exactly as described online. The condo was actually more spacious than expected . The location was perfect for a nice family vacation. We will definitely book again.

Great Beach Condo

This condo has it all. Hotel-like accommodations with great decorations, new appliances and kitchenware with a prime beach location. Loved it and would book again!

Great for the whole family!

We stayed here for a weekend with our family to attend a beach wedding. It was the perfect location and great accommodations for all of us to be in one place. The kids enjoyed playing in the bay and condo is very up to date. We will be back soon!

Boardwalk Beauty

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was updated with a nice beachy color scheme and comfortable furniture. The beds were also super comfy with nice bed linens. The only downside is that you can’t see water from the porches, but since you are literally 50 steps or less from sand and vistas, it really doesn’t matter!

Great Location

Short walk to beach/ocean across the road with bayside in the back. Cute decor and clean. Has a private beach area on the bay side and a swimming pool about 10-15 steps from this unit. The ocean side is a bit of a walk but not too far unless you are taking lots of beach items then I would suggest a short drive to public parking (free). Love this location!

We had a wonderful day, the townhome easily accommodated our family of 4 adult sized humans. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked great and the whole home was very spacious!The bay beach is just at the end of the building, and the ocean is a quick walk or drive across the street. There are no views of the bay or the ocean from any of the beautiful decks though so if that’s important - keep that in mind.There are three levels to this townhome, so you’ll get your exercise with the stairs, but there is a great mudroom at the bottom to leave all of your beach things and multiple decks and patios for storage as well.The staff was very accommodating, and the check in and out process a breeze!

Great condo in a great location

This condo was great. It is located on the sound and we really enjoyed swimming in the sound and the pool (and the beach across the street, of course). There's a very convenient parking lot right across the street which makes hauling chairs back and forth a lot easier. The condo is three stories - I didn't realize that until we got there. The entry is on the 1st level, 2nd level is the living room and kitchen and a half bath, 3rd level is two bedrooms. Beach chairs and a boogie board were an unexpected plus!

Perfect condo!

We have stayed at the Boardwalk in the past and had a couple minor issues. Not the case this time at all! This condo was adorable and equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner while here. From pots and pans to sheet pans and every utensil you could imagine. We did not want for anything. The beds were comfy and the ac rocked. Den was great with plenty of room for 6 adults to gather and watch a movie. The pool was never crowded, except at night and the locals who live there full time as well as the gardeners and maintenance staff were friendly and accommodating. The beach and weather were beautiful. Overall a great vacation with great accommodations! Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Property was as advertised. Check in was a breeze. Vacation staff was responsive, internet modem power was disconnected during cleaning I presume and was figured out and resolved quickly. On the bay with easy access to the gulf. Loved our unit.

Great Time!

This is the second time we have stayed in the Boardwalk Condominiums. The location is amazing and we love the trolley. We had a very seamless experience when checking into the condo! Everything was ready to go on time, it was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We had an amazing time in Pensacola and can’t wait to come back!
