The Blue Crab Cottage at 74 Forest Drive is a wonderful open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a Carolina room, and is centrally located in Sea Pines in the private Greenwood Forest Neighborhood. Our home away from home is newly remodeled and redecorated to make your vacation a comfortable and relaxing escape from reality! About 1 mile from beautiful private beaches and a lovely 8-10 minute bike ride to The Sea Pines Beach Club our home is the perfect location to all that Sea Pines has to offer. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds and one bedroom has two full sized beds. Each bedroom comes equipped with a TV and luxury linens, including a clean duvet cover for each new guest. There is a large great room and a newly remodeled kitchen with a sitting area. There is also a cozy Carolina room with a 75 inch TV that could be used for an extra sleeping area. The laundry room is huge and can house all of your beach towels and toys. The master bedroom has a private bathroom remodeled in 2020 with his and her vanities, and a large walk-in closet. The rear deck is equipped with a Weber grill and beautiful bistro lighting. We provide 4 beach chairs and 2 tennis rackets, and other various beach toys. The Greenwood Forest pool is a 1 minute bike ride from our cottage. We will provide up to two vehicle passes for your stay which will be mailed to you prior to your arrival. The Greenwood Forest neighborhood is a quiet, private, pet-friendly community that has a community pool, tennis courts, basketball court, a playground area for residents and guests, and bike paths that lead to Harbor Town, restaurants, beaches, and marinas.
