Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear the kitchen was clean and well-equipped and that overall check-in went smoothly. We appreciate the note about timing the code release earlier for areas with limited cell reception — we’ll keep that in mind for future guests traveling in separate groups. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad the home and setting made an impression, and we want to address your concerns honestly. Our homes are located in the mountains, where wildlife activity is part of the natural environment. We take prevention seriously and have protocols in place, including traps, as a precautionary measure. That said, we are sorry the trap caused a disruption during your stay, once you reached out we sent someone to the property right away to assist and make sure you felt taken care of. Regarding your wallet, the home is in a remote location, and retrieving a left item after checkout requires a dedicated trip out to the property. We are sorry the process felt unclear, and we always want guests to feel confident that our team follows through. Any item found during a turnover or a dedicated visit is documented and held for the guest without exception. We hope you will give us another opportunity to host your group. When the stay is right, this area is hard to beat. Thank you, Team Vacation Rental 365
