Gorgeous condo for 8, travel crib and pull-out, full kitchen, beach boardwalk!

Our condo has been completely redone to offer you a relaxing and beautiful space with comfortable beds, fresh new linens, a fully stocked kitchen and everything you need for the beach. The main gathering space has a large kitchen and counter-top with 3 barstools. The dining table seats 8 and the screened porch table adds 4 more spaces for meals. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, baskets of beach books, a cabinet of kids' games and toys, and a new 65” TV.

TVs in the living room and all bedrooms are “smart” and ready for you to login to your favorite apps. We offer high speed internet access, google smart speakers and a hotel safe. In the kitchen you'll find a full complement of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, spices, condiments, full size coffee maker, blender, George Foreman grill, griddle, waffle maker and portable high chair.

Each bedroom has new bedding, pillows, memory foam mattress and spare linens. There is a pack-and-play travel crib with crib sheet and a queen air mattress in the closet of the "pink" bedroom which will fit comfortably in any of the upstairs bedrooms. Bathrooms are ready with new towels, hair dryers and shower/bath toiletries. There is an ironing board and iron in bedrooms 1 and 2.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 king bed in top floor primary suite, 1 king bed in second bedroom, 2 twin bunk beds (accommodates 4 people) in third bedroom, and couch that converts to a single bed in the ground floor hang-out room. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, plus a half bath off the kitchen. Our condo association restricts the number of rental guests to 8 people and does not allow pets.

We have everything you need for the beach including 5 folding chairs, 3 bag camping chairs, a beach wagon, umbrella, coolers, sand toys and games, new turkish towels, boogie boards, pool noodles and a paddleboard.

The house is keyless entry. You will have 2 dedicated parking spots and access to the condo community pool and green space, which reserved for condo residents and guests. There is a small public parking lot by the beach boardwalk for any overflow cars.

We are minutes from St. Simon's quaint downtown with shops, restaurants, mini golf, a large playground and green space by the pier, tennis and pickleball courts and bicycle rentals. A well-stocked Winn Dixie grocery store is a 10 minute drive from the condo,
