Hacienda Almas Gemelas translates to ‘Soul Twin Estates’ and is appropriately named for the love we share with each other and our love of the Sea of Cortez. We purchased the Hacienda in 2018, however, we have vacationed in the Las Conchas area of Puerto Peñasco for many years with our 9 children (not a typo) and love the unique cultural experience Rocky Point has to offer. We became acquainted with Hacienda Almas Gemelas and fell in love with its unique Mexican style craftsmanship and perfect location. And, as luck would have it, the Hacienda came on the market and we bought it without hesitation. While we can’t always make use of it, we wanted to make it available to others as a vacation rental so they can enjoy the beauty and luxury the house has to offer. Our beachfront home is great for large families to gather and build lasting memories of the good times spent on the Sea of Cortez.
The Hacienda was originally built in 1997 and was constructed of the finest native materials of Mexico. Stucco, wrought-iron and selected hardwoods crafted in form and function by Mexican craftsman produced a truly unique and one-of-a-kind boutique haciendas.

This hacienda is built for families and is perfect for anyone traveling with lots of loved ones. It has been set up with both adults and children in mind. The two master suites upstairs have king beds, ensuite bathrooms, a seating area, and oceanside balconies perfect for couples wanting a private oceanfront getaway. The larger master suite has a gas fireplace, double sinks, and a walk-in closet where a full size crib is set up. The other master suite has a safe in the closet.
The oceanfront room downstairs has a queen bed, shared full bathroom, and sliding door lead directly to the oceanside porch.
The bunkbed bedroom downstairs is set up for children or single adults with one twin pull-out trundle bed and three sets of bunk beds featuring 4 twin beds and two full beds. Each of the four bedrooms has a flat screen TV with Netflix.
The large living room has two story vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV with DVD and Netflix. The open floor plan allows the living room to lead into the dining area where the hand carved worm wood table seats 8.
The kitchen is fully equipt with all major appliances including a dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave and full fridge/freezer. There is a coffee and k-cup maker, blender and toaster.
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is no need to bring water to the Hacienda as a water cooler with bottles of purified water are included for guest use.
The oceanside cover patio has plenty of seating with deck chairs and an outdoor living set to sit and enjoy you unobstructed ocean view.
A outdoor gas grill is also available for guest use.
