Our goal is to provide an excellent stay for all of our guests! Escape to the Edge of America and relax at Folly Beach!

ABOUT THE HOME:

Wonderful 3 Bedroom 3 Bath home on the third floor with beautiful marsh and river views, large screened porch, and a short 10 minute walk into Folly and to the beach. Why cram yourself into an over-priced hotel room when you can relax and live comfortably like a resident away from the tourists' noise? We take pride in providing a very clean home with comfortable beds, plush towels and many extras. This home is perfect for a family or small group of friends. The living room has been beautifully redecorated. Also includes Wifi, large flat-screen 4K HDTV, screened porch, and pool. There is an elevator for your convenience. Unwind & enjoy the sweet life in your quiet, comfortable beach home.

CONVENIENT TO CHARLESTON:

This is also a perfect place for Citadel, College of Charleston, or MUSC parents to stay for visits or graduation! You can start or end your day with a walk on the beach, and in between can visit all of the Charleston area restaurants, festivals and celebrations, or historic plantations and forts. You can also enjoy the shopping in Charleston or the nearby outlets. There is truly something for everyone to enjoy. Youā€™ll very quickly understand why the Charleston area has been voted as one of the top vacation destinations in the country for several years in a row.

While itā€™s great to be close to all of the things Charleston has to offer, once you cross the Folly river youā€™ll feel like you are a world away. We think youā€™ll love the wonderful combination of bohemian style and laidback hospitality that make this island beach town a real treasure at the ā€œEdge of America.ā€ Folly offers the best of both worlds with 6 miles of beautiful beaches on one side and stunning marsh and river views on the other. Folly is a nature loverā€™s dream with an abundance of water sports and outdoor activities available.

Great location and property

Owners were really easy to communicate with. A couple of teeny issues were resolved within minutes. The property is very nice and close to the beach, restaurants, etc. It was very quiet while we were there. We would rent again if we come back to this area.

Great place, location and owners

Check in was simple, condo was great with multiple large TVs for us to spread the family out. Location is close enough to the beach to walk and far enough not to worry about traffic and congestion. David and Laura were very responsive via text and very nice and considerate. Thanks for letting us use your place! We had a great time!

This condo is impeccable!

This condo has massive space and is well kept. An extra bonus: the porch is screened in on the back so no reason to worry about mosquitos. Unfortunately, the local government has made visiting Folly Beach a bit miserable due to their COVID-19 restrictions.

Family Friendly Folly

This condo really spoke to us because of its having 3 bathrooms. With 3 teen and college age children, this really reduces arguments. Everything was just as shown on VRBO. It was beautiful! We drove a half mile to public beach access, paid $10/ day, and had a room much cheaper and better than any beach front property at which we've stayed.

Felt Like Home

The property was just as described It was very well equipped with everything needed for meal prep. There were detergent pods for the dishwasher and washing machine. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms, and beach towels as well. The Clines were great communicators. While we didnā€™t have any emergencies, it was obvious that they would have made themselves available to handle them, if any had come up. We would happily stay in their cond again in the future.

Wedding stay

We stayed here for our Folly Beach wedding. The hosts were amazing, responsive, and seemed to have thought of everything for a beach vacation stay! Plenty of beach towels, beach toys, pool noodles, most well stocked kitchen Iā€™ve seen in a vacation rental, and I could go on and on!! We used the pool which was small but sufficient as it was not crowded when we were there. Views were great from front and back of the condo. Very close to the beach. We would definitely stay again if they would have us!! Would highly recommend this rental!

Great family stay

We stayed with our family for the week! It was great to have a clean space to come back to for babies to nap after a long day at the beach! We also enjoyed the location, still close to the beach but far enough to relax. The Clines were great at communicating and making us feel welcome!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean and was stocked with resources for our stay, including beach towels for the beach. Although we traveled as four adults the property was friendly to all age groups and was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The Clines (property owners) were very helpful. They communicated with us before our trip and were responsive to our requests. Folly Beach was a great place to enjoy the sand and water. I recommend parking at Folly Beach County Park as we did. The park provided many amenities. I recommend staying at this property.

Cute relaxing place to stay

This condo was very cute, quiet and clean. Went there on a girls trip with cousins and it was very nice to have three bathrooms. Laura and David were extremely communicative and thorough, helping us access extra items as necessary. It is a five minute DRIVE to the beach and about a 15-20 min walk. Beds were comfortable, nice kitchen, and overall lovely place. It was also only a 20-25 min drive to downtown Charleston. Would have been nice to have some bath salts or bubbles for the master tub but it was a wonderful place overall and recommend to anyone!

Excellent hosts

The condo was a really great location in Folly Beach. Itā€™s moments from the main downtown strip and to the beach. Is about 15 minutes to get to downtown Charleston to see all the attractions the city has to offer. The hosts were very nice and quickly responded to any questions we had. Very cute and beach themed. Great views! Will book again when we return!

A Magical Stay

You will not be disappointed with these accommodations. It was on of the best places we have ever stayed as a family and it had everything we needed to be a home away from home. Communication with the owners was also excellent! We appreciate being able to make some magical memories at Folly Beach!
