This Gulf-front condo is only steps away from the white sandy beach where you can relax and soak up the sun. The full kitchen will make cooking a breeze, and there is a picnic/BBQ area for guests to use for grilling.

What's nearby:
During your stay, you'll be only a quick drive away from shopping and dining, and of course, the breathtaking beaches await. The Gulf Islands National Seashore is a few miles away and offers eight miles of pristine white sand. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from or head over the bridge to Navarre for more options. Pensacola Beach, only a few miles away, offers more shopping and dining options. Want some adventure? Try fishing off of Navarre Beach Pier or snorkeling in the Gulf.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Staff was quick to answer any questions we were to have and were polite. Great location on the beach. Easy for our grandma to get to/walk. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to book again!

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Our stay was noisy with new flooring on walkways. Main bath had no mirror or toilet paper holder. Also could use handicap bars. Overall would book again.

Great location with easy access to beach and pool area. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of storage. Bathrooms are dated, and the lighting in the bedrooms is very poor.

Perfect spot

Fit our family of six perfectly. I was a little skeptical of being on the first floor, but we actually loved it. Was really nice to be able to walk out the back and have the walkway to the beach right there along with even a little spot of grass.

Great location and access

We loved the access to the beach. We only rent first floor condos and this was one of the bettter locations. I recommend your group choose this condo if you are on the fence. Worth it.

Wonderful ground floor accommodation

The access to the beach, grilling, fitness center and pool was so convenient! Loved having a fan for each room for white noise. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools. Would’ve been nice to have a coffee filter of some kind. Great trip, great location, very pleased and highly recommend!!

Condo in Navarre Towers

Condo was very clean and very spacious. It was on the first floor and near the beach walk-out. The only negative is unstable Wi-Fi which was frustrating. Other than that, we loved it!!

We stayed on the ground floor. Lobby door to the lobby swung back and first all day and night long !

We couldn’t get any rest with the Lonny door swinging back and for all day and night long. But other than that it was wonderful.

Unfortunate

Unfortunately we had to move to a new condo after this unit flooded within 20 hours of being there. It would have been nice but 1 bathroom wasn’t even able to be used because it as being treated for a leak in the creaking and mold. That was prior to the flooding incident. It was a sad experience.

Don't book here

We were made aware of a leak in the unit above and were promised a reimbursement if we stayed because they didn't have anywhere to move us. No they never kept their word on the reimbursement and the management has not reposed to me. Plus the hall bath was full of black mold behind the toilet and the tv screen kept randomly going blank. Locating was great but the leak and mold were awful. And the management have not kept their word. I wouldnever book with them

Nice condo with easy access to the beach. There were no instructions on how to work TV system. Different remotes needed. Sliding doors could use some WD40 as they were very hard to push open. I also wonder why they left the shag carpet in the one bedroom. I would replace that. My bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all necessary items provided.

So close you can hear the ocean!

We loved the location of this property! It was perfect for getting to the beach. We also love hearing the ocean, and could hear the waves crashing all day and night. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be to take some time to do a little maintenance. For example, the screen on the main slider needs to be replaced. The door was also missing a handle. The microwave door broken and glued back together. The lighting could be updated. Despite these small issues, we would definitely come back. The water in Navarre is amazing. We really loved being able to ride our bikes along the path, and Gulf Islands National Seashore.

A great rental, marred by iffy management

The property is in an amazing location, with close access to both the Gulf beach and a heated pool. The unit is clean and in good shape, if a little worn out from being a rental and being rather dated. The beds are ridiculously stiff. Despite the bright pictures in the listing, the unit is actually rather darkly lit.That said, the rental manager, Vacasa, and the condo HOA decided that an upstairs leaking toilet, which was creating a smelly damp stain on the ceiling in the second bathroom, was not a priority worth fixing while we were there. The HOA said they would fix it the following week, and Vacasa, after the initial report, went completely silent about it despite my follow-up inquiry.Was our trip ruined? No. The unit is a great option with amazing access to Gulf beach and pool. However, the communication from Vacasa and the lackadaisical approach to the upstairs toilet leak left me not wanting to rent this unit or with Vacasa ever again. I'm sure you will be happy to rent it provided there are no problems during your stay.Best of luck!

We love Navarre Beach and the Towers!

If you are looking for a beach vacation without the big crowds, Navarre Beach is the place to visit! This was our 2nd time here along with 2 nd time staying at the Towers. The location is excellent, property beautiful and everyone affiliated with the grounds were so friendly! We stayed on the ground floor which we love! Walk right out to the beautiful beach and able say hello to all the guests heading out for their day of vacation!! Our condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking which we love to do while there! Why go out when you can make a delicious healthy meal and sit outside looking at the ocean! If you want to go out there are plenty of great restaurants across the causeway and if you want fresh seafood to cook? The drive to Pensacola along the shoreline is breathtaking and you can get any type of fresh seafood and fish at Joe Pettys!!!! So worth the drive!! We saw numerous dolphins and a couple of devil rays jump out of the water! The beach is AMAZING!!! If you are on the fence about visiting Navarre Beach , just go and Vacasa was a great rental agency to work with!We had an issue with water from the air conditioner and they responded and fixed the problem immediately. We will most definitely be back and hopefully in our same unjt!! Love Love Love Navarre Beach!!!!
