Located on a sandy street on the west side of SGI, 4 houses back from Apalachicola Bay, this is OldTime Florida. Just a short stroll to the bay, Sand Toe Inn (STi) delivers comfort for all! Three KING bedrooms, two full baths, two dens, chef's kitchen, three decks, screen porch & bay water views.

One KING bedroom, full bath, main den, dining area, kitchen & two decks are located on the first floor. The two additional KING bedrooms, full bathroom, 2nd Den, screened porch & over sized washer/dryer are on the top floor. The upstairs den connects the two KING bedrooms. The Master King is attached to the bathroom, den & your private screened porch with bay views.

The Chef's kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare your favorite meal and days catch. Stainless appliances w/ gas range & separate beverage/wine chiller: Seating for 4 at the breakfast bar & 6 at the dining table.

Take in the outdoors from STI's Three separate decks:
- Sunrise & morning coffee on the SE facing deck.
- Afternoon sunshine & birdwatching on the NW main deck.
- Evening breezes & your favorite beverage for wind-down & sun-down on the top level screened-in porch.

The beach is a 5 minute walk or take the complimentary Sand Toe Inn “locals only” golf cart, included with your stay: great for hauling gear to the beach and bay. There are multiple boardwalk dune crossovers available for beach access. The enclosed outdoor shower is ideal after a day at the beach & bay. Sunsets on the bay are steps away.
