Our apartment is on the second floor of a newer boutique, 16 unit, beachfront condo. Located in the Golden Zone of Bucerias, the unit features a gorgeous view of the Bay of Banderas. The neighborhood is safe, ideal for foodies, beautiful and relaxed.

The space

Our home is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2,500 square foot condominium, with large sliding doors that open widely to the spacious terrace, allowing the gentle ocean breezes right in.

The sumptuous open floor plan living space features a master-chef designed kitchen, dining area and a living room with big terrace styled for entertainment and enjoying unparalleled ocean sunset views!

The master suite has a king size bed and an en-suite full bathroom, as well as direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, king bed and a balcony. The third bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and two queen beds. There is also a laundry room and a media room equipped with a sofa sectional. There is a half bathroom adjacent to the media room.

The chef’s kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking utensils. There is a breakfast bar as well as a dining table for eight.

We have multiple mini split A / C units in addition to ceiling fans. There are motorized blinds with remote control. Our home has three TVs, one in the media room, one in a guest bedroom and one in the master bedroom, with cable and internet access.

This is our second home, where we spend our winters. NOT TYPICALLY AVAILABLE NOV-APRIL.
