Luxury Beachfront Condo In Bucerias

The full beachfront location overlooks the stunning infinity pool, landscaped grounds and the gorgeous 8 mile long white sand beach.
Sit on our deck , sip a margarita and enjoy spectacular sunsets or watch the pelicans, dolphins and whales.

Our unit is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need. We have provided quality linen and plush towels, two large flat screen TVs, WIFI, DVD player and all the utensils you need to fix a gourmet meal! Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. We have air conditioning and ceiling fans – though you probably won’t need it, with all that lovely sea breeze wafting in. We have private gated access to the beach and 24 hour security.

The building has a beautiful pool with built in loungers, poolside showers, poolside washroom, barbeque area and a small fitness center with a view!

Property is great! people at property are friendly, the owner and property manager are friendly and responsive! We love that we can rent units and have family with us same property. The views are amazing, it’s a quiet family oriented property. Property staff is friendly and helpful:)

10 glorious days

My son and I had a fantastic stay in Radhika's condo. Every evening we watched the sun set on the balcony or on the beach. The complex is immaculate and located in a desirable part of town which is safe, clean, a quick walk to restaurants, shops and a small mercado 5 blocks away which has everything to get you started during your stay. Easy to call a taxi or an Uber; we spent time in Sayulita, Punta Mita and La Cruz which hosts a large Sunday market, with a variety of booths, food and live music. Right now I am missing the sound of the surf and looking forward to returning soon! Keep in mind some restaurants only accept cash.

Great condo!

Four of us stayed for 18 days and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The owner and the local manager were easy to communicate with, very flexible and helpful with a few special requests and minor issues which came up. The building itself is great - excellent pool, lots of loungers, decent exercise room, and very convenient location relative to restaurants, shops, etc. You won’t regret staying here! If you’ve been to Bucerias lately, you know it’s booming with a fair number of projects underway. One of these is next door. So you will hear some construction noise temporarily until that project is complete. However, it didn’t bother us. The workers are well supervised. Evenings and nights were quiet. And with the sound of the waves, the construction quickly faded into the background when we were outside and at the pool.

Friendly, quiet, beautiful location

We have stayed at this property for 3 years now and it feels like home when we arrive!! Great property manager, owner is very communicative, and the location is amazing!

Azul paradise!

This was our second stay at Radhika’s place. Both my husband and I felt like we were coming home! Sally, the property manager, met us upon arrival like an old friend! Miguel, the Concierge and maintenance manager, was so helpful and very friendly. So nice to see them both again! You absolutely cannot beat the ocean view! So enjoy the walk ability to local sites and restaurants! The Azul property is beautifully maintained and super clean! Our favorite restaurants are Tacos Linda’s, Karen’s on the beach, KenSho, and Buce Burger to name a few! Amazing food, service, and live music! Highlights this trip was a day in Sayulita and horseback riding on the beach! We look forward to our next stay at Azul! Thank you once again Radhika for your gracious hospitality! Perfect!!

Azule Condo is perfection!

My husband and I enjoyed a week long stay at Radhika’s fabulous condo! We are now spoiled to stay anywhere else! Between the amazing condo, beautiful grounds, pool, and view of the ocean, it doesn’t get any better than this! The host Radhika and property manager Sally were very welcoming and responsive! Miguel the property maintenance manager / concierge was awesome! He anticipated our every need. He arranged taxis and gave us great recommendations for meals and entertainment! Azule condo is located right in the heart of Bucerias. Every restaurant, shop, and market is very walkable from here. Our favorite restaurants are Linda’s Tacos, Meet Meat, Mikoh, and Karen’s Beach Restaurant to name a few! My husband went on a fishing charter and caught a Dorado / Mahi Mahi! We prepared a fish feast at the condo that night The leftover Dorado we took to Linda’s Tacos where they happily prepared fish tacos for our group the next evening! One must see adventure is the Alma by Rhythms of the Night show similar to Cirque du Soleil. The show and dinner are located on Las Caletas Island. It begins with a sunset cruise by boat over to the island. Absolutely breathtaking!! We are already planning our next year’s stay at Rhadika’s condo! Our new happy place! Thank for a wonderful stay! Lovely unit

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean and very well equipped. The balcony overlooks the beautiful pool and the ocean. We loved sitting out there at any time of day and enjoying the view and cool breezes. Everyone we met including all the staff and all the fellow guests were very friendly and welcoming. The washer dryer in the unit was a big plus! Great communication with Sally and Radhika, thank you!

On the beach

Very nice unit in probably the nicest complex in this area. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffees and eating our breakfasts sitting on the patio in the padded chairs overlooking the pool and beach. Nice having a gated parking lot and elevator. Has a/c and fans in living room and bedroom, but we didn't use them much because we spent most hours outside on the patio or by the pool! Had everything we wanted and needed!! In unit washer and dryer was great! A most enjoyable vacation!!

This condo was a wonderful welcome back to Bucerias!

We missed two years in Bucerias due to Covid. The place we had always stayed in the past had been sold, but Radhika's place was a great substitute. The previous reviews already cover all the positives that I would have described in more detail, including the top-notch security, location, owner and property manager responsiveness, condo amenities, etc. etc. We would love to stay here again! Thanks to Radkhika, Sally, Miguel and Manny!

Another beautiful stay at Azul

Azul is a very nice condo complex. It is gated and the workers are always cleaning and working on the grounds. It is truly beautiful! Radhika’s unit is well equipped with what we needed. We open the balcony and listen to the waves at night. Very soft sheets! Saw many whales off the balcony and some dolphins too. All the renters here are very respectful and know the rules. The property manager is easy to get ahold of by text and responsive to anything I asked. Azul is close to everything and is very safe. Can’t wait to go back!

Condo Azul - Bucerias

This was our second stay at this same condo unit. For some of the details, you can always look at some previous reviews, but generally, here is what you need to know. First, the location of the Condo Azul building is beachfront, with one of the better and bigger pools in Bucerias (and 24 hour security). Second, the property manager and even the owner are just a text or email away and their response if instant. Third, the Condo Azul is in the south half of Bucerias which contains many great places to have dinner or drinks (read: walkable), one of our favourites being La Negra. On the north side of Bucerias, our favourite was Mezzogiorno. The condo itself is fully stocked, everything works, and there was never any real competition for a lounge chair by the pool and the other visitors or residents are friendly. There is currently quite a bit of construction activity in Bucerias but it rarely intruded into our stay.

The location of this Azul condo is great. Short walk to a different restaurant every night. Easy to get a longer by the heated pool, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks for letting us stay at your wonderful condo.

Our family had a wonderful time over the Christmas holiday. Communication with Radhika was prompt, friendly, and comprehensive and the condo manager, Sally, was extremely helpful answering any questions we had during our stay. The condo itself was clean and quiet with a gorgeous view and kind staff. The kitchen was well stocked. Azul is an impeccably maintained property in a perfect location near many restaurants and shops. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great place and location

This condo is as advertised and the location is fantastic. The condo is clean and has everything you will need. Great view from the balcony and the rest of the building, pool and grounds are well kept and secure. The owner and her team are very easy to communicate with via phone, email or Whats App. They even helped me get back some prescription glasses that I left in the unit. I would highly recommend this unit as you are dealing with an owner who cares and has a great team in place to assist you if needed.

Beauty beachfront condo

We had an awesome time in Bucerias at the Condominiums Azul. Great location within walking distance of Chadraui grocery store, lots of restaurants, and galleries. Condo was clean and well maintained with a beautiful pool area and secure parking area. Radhika was responsive and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely love to stay again!

I will return!

Pool and grounds kept spotless. The gentlemen at guard gate answered all kinds of questions, called taxis and even went to local store to buy us water the first night. This condo is great and has air conditioning and ceiling fans. Beds are comfortable. The pool was fantastic. You are right on the beach, so you can sit in pool while watching kite surfers. The condo is close to everything and super market is 1/2 mile up the street. I will return to this condo for sure.

We were on vacation, in Bucerias, when we just happened upon Azul. We fell in love with it and decided to buy a condo here. It is right on the beach, is quiet and peaceful, and is just a few minutes walk from lots of great restaurants.
