Cabernet Cottage

Enjoy your next family vacation, weekend for two, or girls’ get-away at Cabernet Cottage. This Lookout location is the perfect 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath lake retreat. Cabernet Cottage is a short stroll to Lookout park, the community pool and hot tub and pickleball court.

Cabernet Cottage features hardwood floors, a fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful stainless steel appliances, lovely cabinetry and counter tops, comfortable beds and much more. The well appointed kitchen opens up to the dining area and living room with comfortable furnishings and a fireplace, making this the perfect spot to entertain guests and enjoy time with family. Directly down the hall from the living area is a half bath for your convenience. The house comes complete with two flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and an Xbox entertainment system. This is accompanied by a selection of Xbox games, books and a wide range of movies. The high speed Internet offers a chance to stay connected and to stream your favorite movies and music.

Located on the main floor is the master bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, closet and an en suite bathroom. Completing the main floor layout is a well-appointed mud room with a powder room and a full-size washer and dryer.

On the second level of Cabernet Cottage you will find two spacious bedrooms each outfitted with luxurious queen beds, dressers and closets. A full bathroom is conveniently located between both bedrooms. The media room just off the bedrooms includes a couch with a pull out bed, perfect for young children.

Cabernet Cottage is the perfect option for your next trip to Lake Chelan. Every season offers new activities and fun-filled adventures for your family, friends and loved ones. Make your own memories at this beautiful lake home!

Good family fun

Great size for 6 adults and a few kids, great location with lots to do, would definitely stay there again and cant wait to go back.

Chelan Cabernet House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and had a nice family vacation. The house was nice and well stocked with supplies, towels etc. The outside had many comfortable places to sit and enjoy the sun or shade which is nice when the temperature is over 90. Beautiful landscaping. The only negatives low toilets, bad lighting in the bathrooms and bring an eye mask because there are no blackout shades and the main floor bedroom is always light (street lights & sun). Pool & beach over crowded in the afternoon. Beach transportation was out of commission for most of 1 day which was disappointing.

We appreciated the employees on golf carts checking the neighborhood and the peaceful neighborhood.

First visit to Chelan

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our very first visit to Chelan and we had such an amazing time! The house and community are beautiful and had great amenities. Our trip was planned only 2 months in advance and we were very grateful to find something for only 2 nights in a city where things must book a year in advance. We plan to return next year and will stay for longer. The house was very clean and so adorably decorated. Walking distance to pools and shuttle was not too bad. Loved that the boat and jet ski rentals were right there which was so convenient. The beach and swimming area had plenty of seating and was very fun. It truly felt like home and we were so sad when it was time to leave.

Charming cabin feel

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute cottage comfortable for our family and extra kids. Very family friendly with great outside space. A bit dark inside and cluttered. Some updates needed with closet and bathroom cabinets sticking. Blinds were broken in the living room. We were missing an iron, but management brought one. We missed the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, but I guess they don't provide that anymore??Overall a great experience with such a great resort property.

Wonderful Escape!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family really enjoyed this home. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, more than enough room to spread out. The home was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds, of course. We loved spending time by the fire pit in the evenings and relaxing on the wrap=around porch. Super convenient to both pools and the main park/playground area, which our kids really enjoyed. Highly recommend this great home!

July at Cabernet Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this is a great location. It has access to a small beach and a marina if you have a boat, although it requires a steep downhill walk or a shuttle ride to get there. You can also walk into town in about 20 minutes (or drive - there's plenty of parking). The place slept 8 fairly comfortably and came with nice amenities such as two cruiser bikes, a bbq and a sonos player. There are also two community pools, which are great for the end of the day. The dishwasher didn't work, and we had to call the staff a few times before we learned that it would not work for the duration of our 5-night stay. That was a bummer, but they did give us 10% off, which seemed fair. The nightly rates varied significantly with the weekend being 100% more expensive than some of the weeknights, but in aggregate the cost seemed reasonable for the quality. Overall I would recommend this as a good option for families headed to Chelan.
