Real Escapes Properties is proud to present this one-of-a-kind, special place located right on the beach. Shasta’s Beach House is a unique, relaxing, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom living space with wonderful ocean views from all three floors.

There are full length porches facing the ocean on each floor. The ground level at Shasta's has a garage and a picnic area facing the beach.

The 2nd floor (main level) has a living area, kitchen, dining area with plenty of seating for your family. Additional seating is available at the kitchen counter. In addition, there is a 1/2 bath rounding out this floor. The third floor has two bedrooms. The first guest room has a queen bed with a full en-suite bath featuring a walk-in shower. The second guest room has two sets of bunk beds along with its' own en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.

The top floor suite at Shasta’s Beach House is the master bedroom with incredible views! This floor has a king bed, large bath with walk-in shower, and a great sitting area. The small sofa in the sitting area can also double as a twin sleeper. There is even a small kitchenette with a microwave and sink. Hidden on the top floor is a small office area.

The primary mode for visiting each level is the elevator, which serves all floors. There is an outdoor spiral staircase located on the oceanfront side of the property as well.

There are flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and main living space.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• Dogs are allowed with non-refundable fee. Limit 2. No cats.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Please do not block driveway that is shared with the house next door.
• Direct beach access, walk to Pier Village
• Private Elevator. Winding stairs are located outside the home (beach side). See note regarding elevators below.

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!

Note regarding Private Elevators: Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
