Your friends and extended family will feel right at home at this spacious Tahoe Donner property, which includes the main house and a large 700 square foot studio/game room above the garage. You'll have a deck beneath the evergreens, your very own pool table for endless indoor entertainment, and incredible shared amenities that include pools, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, and a dock on Donner Lake.

This home is located in Truckee's beloved resort community of Tahoe Donner, one mile west of the pools, hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, and kids' club at the Trout Creek Recreation Center. You'll be one mile west of the Tahoe Donner Golf Course, and two miles from the tennis and equestrian centers. Come summertime, you'll find a private beach and marina at the Tahoe Donner Beach Club on Donner Lake five miles south; each winter, you'll enjoy close proximity to the slopes of Sugar Bowl (12 miles southwest) and Northstar (15 miles southeast).

Things to Know
A day-use fee applies to the Tahoe Donner community amenities
Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.
No excessive noise and/or trash.
All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., seven days a week.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Please bring your guest access cards. A daily fee applies to guests. Public docks are located along Donner Lake on Donner Pass Road.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
