Spacious 3 level cabin perched atop Tahoe Donner. Bring the whole family, there's space for everyone. The middle level includes the main living space, kitchen, full bathroom, King bedroom, bunk room with a queen bed and and twin over full bunk bed. Upstairs you will find the master suite, workspace, and 300+sqft loft with a futon/TV. Downstairs is a game room with TV, PS5, Shuffleboard, Arcade games, Poker table, Wet-bar, 4th queen bedroom, full bath, and storage room for your bikes/skis. Over 2,250 total sqft. Hike and Mountain bike right out the backdoor and enjoy the expansive trail system in and around Tahoe Donner. Enjoy all the private amenities Tahoe Donner offers including Gym, Pools, Golf, Private Beach Club at Donner lake, Donner Ski Resort or a short drive to Olympic Valley & Northstar.

We cover the professional cleaning fees after each stay!

Other things to note:
The property has 37 stairs from the driveway to the first level entrance and is not suitable for anyone not comfortable climbing stairs. The driveway is steep and north facing. 4x4 AND good all terrain tires are highly recommended unless you plan to chain up. Snow plow service is provided when there is more than 4" of snow in a 24 hour period.

Very nice place. Very hospitable, and family friendly. What i really liked is how they had everything for kids, and thought of everything a stay may need. Everything from candles for a cake extra lighters or even having stocked seasonings for food. The game room is the highlight of the place and its nice open space is perfect for gatherings.

This vacation home exceeded our expectations! The spacious layout provided comfort, and the well-equipped kitchen was a dream. The reliable wifi was a game-changer for work, and Derek’s responsiveness made the stay stress-free.

Great place, perfect for our family

We enjoyed this house! It had everything we needed as a family of 10. The downstairs was the perfect space for the kids and It was HUGE bonus to have a second fridge. The house was clean and well appointed. Derek was a great host. He was very responsive. Also, the kids loved the sled hill. Thank you for a great visit!

Derek is an Amazing Host

We had a lovely time at this property in a great neighborhood in Tahoe Donner close to the Tahoe Donner Ski facilities and not too far from Palisades and Alpine. We had some issues with the driveway and think that only cars with very good 4 wheel drive or chains should use it in winter when there is snow and ice but Darin was extremely accommodating and generous even paying a significant amount to have driveway plowed outside of the morning hours when the plow was blocked by our car. House was well appointed in terms of kitchen appliances and had fun games for kiddos and families to enjoy.

The outdoor area was great for the kids, sledding, snowman building. The dog friendly aspect was great. Neighborhood was so close to town and to all activities we wanted.

This is our family cabin that we've dreamed of for years. After spending some time living in a fixing up the cabin we'd now like to share it with others so they can make amazing Tahoe memories just as we have.

Tahoe Donner in located in the heart of Tahoe and is surrounded by endless recreational activities. Just in the community you have access to pools, spas, gym, tennis, pickle ball, Golf, hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, sledding, private Donner lake beach club, two parks for kids, and more! Tahoe Donner is just a short drive away from world class ski resorts and Lake Tahoe. If your looking for a night out or great bar downtown Truckee is only 5 minutes away!

The three level cabin is perfect for larger groups or multiple families as it provides space for everyone to spread out and feel at home. Located up against the Truckee Donner green belt there is hiking, biking, and sledding right out the back door. Just a little over a half mile hike from the cabin you can get spectacular panoramic views of Donner lake and Donner summit. Should you be around on 4th of July this is a perfect spot to watch the fireworks over Donner Lake.
