SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH!! Light, bright and airy ranch home with hardwood floors throughout. Spacious home includes window a/c in living room, bedroom #1 and bedroom #3, cable, WIFI, 3 TV's, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and Keurig, microwave, washer and dryer. Screened porch off of the living room with extra dining table. Patio with picnic table, umbrella, gas grill, lawn chairs provided. Large yard with wonderful outside shower. Catch a peek of the ocean and South Village Beach from the porch with short walk of 2/10 mile to the beach

Area attractions and restaurants include the new and improved Cuffy's, Holly's Deli, Dunkin', Kreme and Kone, Ardeo, Moonfish, Good Friends Cafe, and the delicious "must try" Captain Baker Donut Shop!

Nice convenient house, good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very nice and clean. Location is good, close to the beaches. Although it is located on the main road with pretty high traffic, the backyard is pretty private and spacious. The house has portable AC almost in every room, but most of the time we didn’t have to use them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was just what the Dr. ordered!!!It is a perfect place to spend time with your family! A quick walk to the beach!!! Plenty of space, great backyard and outdoor showers! The breeze that comes through the windows is amazing! Martha Murray’s Rentsl team and the Owners of the cottage were simply amazing and accommodating to me and my family! We are forever grateful and hope to be back for many years to come!!!!

No updates have been done in the house for many many years. The beds are borderline unusable (matters springs pretty much poking out). Several light bulbs out or flickering (incandescent bulbs, believe it or not!!). TV actually has VCR hooked up to it, forget a smart tv to stream a show at night. The house in general has not seen a dollar invested into it in many many years. The location is the only thing it has going for it.

Great location, lots of room in house

Property was very clean, location was very close to the water. AC system could be better designed as double-hung windows allow for window units vs portable units.

Good Home, Terrible Owner

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself was great, but the owner who lives next door was extremely intrusive, passive aggressive and rude. We had a family reunion on Sunday night, and we were out on the patio until about midnight. The owner came over on Monday morning to make a comment about us being up late and being outside. Our checkout date was Saturday at 10am that week. She came over again on Friday asking if we will be cleaning the house because she, “wants to go on her boat”. We said of course we would be and she told us she, “would be the judge of that”. On Saturday we were cleaning up and putting the trash away and she came over to me to ask if that trash was from this morning. I told her yes and she said, “This was the whole point of my conversation with you. Now I need to go to the dump.” We had packed up, cleaned up and left the house by 9:30am and our checkout time was at 10am. I would not recommend this house solely because of the treatment we received from the owner.
