Excellent location, clean rooms.

Overall experience was good. The room and property were overall in great shape. The pool and kiddie pool seemed clean and fun. The down turn of our experience were the elevators. Not only were they slow but it was very difficult to get one to fit a large group. At the 21st floor and with children an efficient elevator is a must. The beach area was well maintained but we were not able to find a ramp, not sure if this was our oversight but it was difficult moving a wagon to the beach.

Great place with plenty of room!!

We enjoyed this condo!! We had our entire family together forChristmas(3 families). We had plenty of room and everything was exactly as it said. I would only like to see the cooking utensils(pots and pans) updated or a bigger skillet option added. It was hard to cook in the one tiny skillet that was available for 13 of us. Over all a great place to stay with excellent views!!

Full family vacation

We take a yearly Beach vacation with the entire family including grandparents, nieces, nephews, etc. we try a different beach or condo every year. We fully pack everything from kitchen supplies to toilet paper because in the past we have not had enough at other locations we have stayed. We were pleasantly surprised at the fully stocked kitchen. There was plenty of space for everyone. We didn't receive our code in the email or it might have gone into my spam and when I got to location it was very easy to contact the property managers to get in. The only downfall of the condo is the elevators which is not the fault of the condo in itself. I definitely recommend fully loading your car the night before checkout because trying to get carts and large luggage into the elevator the day of checkout can be different. Overall the condo and property managers are great. I would stay again

Not enough bath linens for the number the rooms sleeps!!!! Laura with panhandle made everything great, if not for her I would never use panhandle again!!!!!

Nice location. Main balcony door is still not fixed as previous comments stated. One of the bathroom sinks is clogged. Condo needs some attention to general maintenance and repairs.

Very Pleased with this unit.

Beautiful unit and so well decorated. We loved the scripture found about the unit. The balcony views are amazing. The living area TV blew us away! The beds were comfortable. The only short coming was limited cooking pans. There needs to be additional skillets and measuring spoons and cups. I know most people don't cook on vacation, but we do a few meals. VRBO was amazing to deal with! I can't say enough as to how they helped us after our reservations were cancelled by another owner.

Condo was worn and in need of a little TLC. Bathrooms were moldy in doors and one bath had a torn dirty curtain. Condo wreaked of bacon/fishy smell which I think was coming from non working sink disposal. While we enjoyed the water park and close proximity to beach, I would not stay here again.

Overall Pleased

Our condo slept 12, but only had utensils for 8 so that was a bit frustrating. Kitchen is limited on cooking utensils and there wasn’t any cutting boards. When we arrived we found used bedding on one of the pull out chairs, however new bedding was provided for the chair. Our stay was not ruined by these things just thought people looking should know the kitchen has limited cooking supplies. We like to cook to save on funds. Overall we would stay here again. Condo was just what we needed bedding wise and bathroom wise.

Family of 12

The stay was good there were a few things I would change about the listing one of them being about the free activities. It needs to say one person gets a free ticket, the listing makes it seem like all 12 can get a free ticket a day. Also the second balcony was not usable there was bird poop all over it and the balcony door would not open due to corrosion from all the poo u can tell it had been there a while idk y any other visitors hadn’t complained. I sent a message asking it to be cleaned but no one never came and cleaned it up. As lol we didn’t have any wash cloths or towels the first 24 hours I had to ask for some to be brought to us. But other then that the condo was perfect for a family of 12 very spacious we didn’t feel crowed once. Be prepared to wait a long time for the elevators also.

Absolutely gorgeous

We had a group of 6 (2 teens and 4 adults) and it was perfect! The condo is on the 21st floor which offers fantastic views of the Gulf. There are two master suites both with balconies. One of the extra rooms has a door to close, however, the room with the bunk beds is open. We didn’t end up using that room but thought it would be helpful to share. There aren’t a ton of pots and pan, and no cookie sheets, but we were able to make it work. I suggest checking in to see what they have before grocery shopping. There is a Walmart and a winn dixie about 10-15 min away which was very convenient. There are only 2 elevators for the whole building so it does take some time to get up and down depending on the time of day. Check in was very easy. You get wristbands for the water park which has a Restaraunt and bar. The beach is right outside the hotel. There are chair and umbrella rentals as well as jet skis and tour rentals right on the beach. There aren’t a lot of food options within walking distance, but plenty with just a short drive in any direction. We would highly recommend renting this condo! We look forward to our next trip!

Disgusting Place to stay. Such a disappointment.

The place was disgusting and so filthy. Run down condo that I wasted way more money than I care to admit for this place and the management flat out lied on several occasions. We were told there was a shuttle that picked us up at the airport, there was not. Not cleaned at all when we got there. Stunk terribly. The previous guests left a smoking jul in the drawer, fridge had blood or a red colored food splattered all over the front of it, beds were gross with chips and crackers under the mattress, sheets were ripped, no hot water, sinks were plugged, mold on the walls and ceiling, The shower door didn’t close, had to keep calling for towels. The Bar and grill at the condo was closed. The lights flickered and the washing machine would stop. Smoke alarms didn’t have batteries, the light switches were broke, no knobs, dangerous! The hallways are sketchy and dirty. Couch cushions were stained we asked for sheets to cover the cushions. We talked to other guests that were staying there and they felt the same. Look else where I would NOT recommend this place at all! Complete let down. When we got there we frantically looked for a place to move to and there wasn’t any as we booked our trip months prior. I have contacted management for a refund and they are not cooperating. Horrible!! I have all the pictures to prove this that I am willing to share. Sad and very very disappointed! Wow!!

Very disappointed!!

Overall property was very well maintained and a great experience. The reason for review is because the website is unaccurate. There isn't an arcade,conveint/grocery store or movie theater located on the property what so ever. We had a 15 year old with us with nothing to do at our location. It was very disappointing being how this was the only reason we booked this property.

Great rental overall

I will never stay at Splash 2106W again.

This was the second trip to Splash Resort, but this time wasn’t extremely pleased with our condo unit…all of the bar stools were broken…we couldn’t all seat to eat, most of us had to either stand, wait until someone was finished eating or just sit in the floor to eat!!!! The main door that lead out to the balcony was broken ….unusable…taped shut!! In order to get to the balcony some of us had to go through the master bedroom…. So inconvenient mainly in the morning for any of us to sit and drink coffee out there, we had to wait for someone to wake up in order to do this…..I think we should have been called and made aware of / warned before our arrival!!!!

We had the best time staying here. All the amenities for adults and children are excellent. Definitely coming back

Family Vacation

Condo was not very clean! Kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced. We could not use the skillet as the handle broke off. Door in living room is broken, so you could not get out to the balony...easy fix too!

Fantastic

It was the perfect place for group of 11 with 3 small kids. The splash pad and pools in shaded area were great for getting out of the heat. The beach is not a long walk. Not too crowded. Poolside bar and grill was convenient. The room was as pictured. Clean and spacious.
