Unit 26- This beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo has been renovated and professionally decorated in casual contemporary decor with an open floor plan. It is located on the second floor of the Grand Tower Building with our white quartz beach and the Gulf of Mexico at your doorstep. | The LVR has a 55" Flat Screen Smart TV, DVD player and a comfortable sofa. To comply with Sarasota County Fire Code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is four. | The Master Bedroom has two Queen size Tempurpedic beds and a 55" Flat Screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a full custom tile shower with built in bench and soap/shampoo niche. | The full equipped kitchen includes upscale Stainless Steel Appliances, Keurig coffee machine, Quartz Counter tops, and a recently added Buffet and Counter for additional storage/serving. The enclosed Lanai which is incorporated into the living room area provides a quiet retreat area with Plantation Shutters offering privacy while still providing a lovely view. | The fully equipped kitchen includes upscale stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and a recently added buffet and counter for additional storage/serving. The HVAC system in this unit is equipped with Fresh-Aire UV light. The incorporated lanai provides a quiet retreat area with plantation shutters offering privacy while still providing a lovely view.

Weekend Getaway

We loved staying here! Beach access was just perfect, our condo was amazing, and we loved being able to reserve the cabanas for the beach! We would love to bring our daughter back next year!

Fun time

Very nice loved the location to the beach. Would suggest Ice on the property unless I just did’nt find it had to go out several times for it. Had delivered once. Would stay again we all enjoyed it had a wonderful time.

Perfect getaway

The location was perfect and condo was exactly as described in the listing. It was also very convenient that the lounge chairs were provided as part of the condo amenities. We had no issues with finding parking near the tower, even when returning late in the evenings. The front office staff was very friendly as well and answered all of our questions. Thank you!

To my surprise this room was amazing, bright, cheerful, up-to-date. The most comfortable room I have stayed in at Palm Bay. I highly recommend to everyone.

Reviewer Comments: Return visit found newer furniture ,always clean , fall visits need you to be ready for construction fixing broken ac, and painting hallways and noise. Front desk staff apologize and updated us. The elevators both working !!!
