LIVING ROOM:
The Living Room with 2 full couches, a Smart TV, and a ceiling fan.

KITCHEN:
Full kitchen w/ large granite island that seats 6. Dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, and garbage disposal. View of the ocean. Coffee maker, blender, full set of dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans.

PANTRY:
Off the kitchen is a small pantry with a sliding Barn Door.

DINING ROOM:
Has a table that seats 6 next to the large island that also seats 6.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Contains a full-size stackable washer and dryer.

HALF BATH:
Half bath located off of dining area.

MASTER BEDROOM:
Master has a king-size bed with a large private bath with an extra large walk-in shower with mood lighting and Bluetooth. A ceiling fan and Smart TV are also in the room.

SECOND FLOOR:

BEDROOM 2:
Has a full-size bed with a closet, ceiling fan, recessed lighting (all on timers), and Smart TV. Door to private second-floor deck with ocean views.

BEDROOM 3:
Has a king-size bed with a closet, ceiling fan, recessed lighting (all on timers), and Smart TV. Door to private second-floor deck with ocean views.

BEDROOMS 4,5, AND 6:
All three bedrooms are identical with bunk beds with a trundle bed to sleep three total. Each room has a Smart TV, ceiling fan, closet, and recessed lighting.

BATHROOMS UPSTAIRS:
There are two full baths upstairs that are identical. Each has a rain shower head and Bluetooth.

UNDER HOUSE:
Outdoor shower, parking for 4 cars.

*Golf Cart is available to RENT privately through owner. Lifted and airbrushed seats 4.*
