Villa Lola invites you to experience the Villa Life! An oasis amongst the bustle of Puerto Vallarta and only a short two-block walk from the famous Los Muertos beach. A place for you family and friends of all ages to dream, sip, splash! Perfect for family reunions, celebrations and nuptials, retreats, or a gathering of your closest friends.

The Villa boasts seven spacious suites that sleep up to 16 people, each with private entrances and modern baths. Our rooms are uniquely decorated and feature local art, allowing you to experience authentic Mexican charm while having modern amenities which include individually climate-controlled air conditioners, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, flat screen TVs with cable access and in-room safes.

We offer an extended breakfast with local flavors with all villa rentals which can be enjoyed on our grand terrace while taking in vista views of Puerto Vallarta. In addition to the amazing dining options on our doorstep, you’ll have the convenience of an open-air kitchen with modern appliances that can be stocked prior to your arrival. Personal chef services can be also be organized for intimate group dinners that allow you to fully enjoy what Villa Lola has to offer.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Lola. The staff were kind and attentive. Logan the GM was super helpful, providing lots of information well in advance of our arrival as well as throughout our stay. The rooms are comfortable, the location was fantastic, and the full breakfast everyday was great! They went out of their way to accommodate any dietary restrictions of a couple in our group. We also took advantage of their services to host a party with a selection of canapés that were delicious along with bartender service. All 15 in our group would gladly stay here again on a future visit. Can’t say enough positive things about our time here.

Wonderful Stay at Villa Lola

We really enjoyed our fantastic week in PV. This property's location is perfect for easy access to the Zona Romantica. The rooms were very nice/spacious, so we all had our own space, but the common areas were also excellent for large groups like us (13!). Having breakfast prepared each morning (something different every day) by the very nice/attentive staff and housecleaning were all big bonuses for this property. We also appreciated the relative quiet of this street compared to other places downtown from prior experience. Everyone wanted to come back in the future. The manager, Logan, was a great help in arranging transportation and answering any questions we had. We also set up a happy hour one evening at the property and a dinner buffet on another night. A friendly team, perfect location/venue, and a fun week for us.

Amazing property and location!

The house was gorgeous and the location was absolutely perfect! The staff were amazing and helpful. Logan was very communicative, helpful, and easy to work with. We purchased a few additional perks and billing was a bit confusing, but Logan walked us through it. The only odd part about the house is the lack of a large central fridge. There are lots of small refrigerators- plenty of space, but hard to keep track of what food is where.

Perfect birthday getaway

We celebrated my 50th birthday with family and friends. Rented the while house. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. Logan the property manager was awesome! He even helped us find an alternate day activity when our boat excursion unexpectedly fell through. Def recommend!

60th Birthday Celebration

In spite of a category 4 hurricane that arrived just days before our arrival, we were able to experience an enjoyable stay. Logan, the house manager, was extremely attentive and helped us in numerous ways, and the house staff was there whenever we needed them. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Lola.

Exceptional birthday trip

Rented the entire vila for my birthday along with 10 other friends, the rooms were excellent, breakfast every morning was delicious, and the villa was stunning. Logan, the manger, was attentive, helpful, and a great resource throughout the stay and when the air conditioning went out in a few rooms worked to get it resolved quickly. Highly recommend

Cannot give this experience enough stars!

From the easy communication with the property manager to the absolute picturesqueness of the house (and location) to the professionalism of the staff - 6 out of 5 stars! We also hired a chef for two nights and a bartender for a few hours for a pool day and everything was absolutely perfect. We also had our place pre-stocked so when we arrived we could kick off in style. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay one of our most memorable!

Beautiful stay in the heart of Zona Romantica

Cannot stress more how lovely our stay at Villa Lola was. Logan was an absolute superstar. He answered all my questions leading up to our stay and all the way through our last taxi home to the airport. The house is gorgeous-- 7 very spacious bedrooms, 3 on the main floor, 4 on the lower floor, with a lovely pool and chaises to lounge. The home is located just steps from restaurants and bars (Margarita Time and Joe Jacks!). Thank you so much for hosting! Hopefully we will return again soon.

Highly recommend

I stayed at Villa Lola with 7 of my friends for 7 nights. Everyone in the group had raving reviews for the property and the staff. We felt comfortable and at home the entire stay. The staff was amazing. They were available and happy to help with all requests we had. The property manager Logan was incredibly helpful and was always available when we needed something. The location is perfect and is next to everything we wanted to do . I would stay here again and again.

Beautiful Villa

We had a fantastic stay at the Villa Lola! Their morning staff were thoughtful, kind, and really made the stay feel like home. They had breakfast and coffee ready for us each morning and welcomed us each day. Overall, we would definitely return and recommend this rental to anyone. We did book the entire villa and enjoyed the private property. The only slight negative was the cleanliness of the pool. I don’t believe the filtration system worked and it lacked properly chlorine treatment.

Super Stay

I rented the entire house to host 10 friends for a week in PV. 5 Stars in every way; beautiful house, perfect location, great staff, and, attentive oversight by Logan, the House Manager. Prior to our arrival, Logan went over all the details and offered many suggestions. So we had everything pre-arranged for the week, including room assignments, stocking the house with beverages, having daily afternoon salsa, guacamole and homemade chips, birthday cakes for two different nights, and arranged dinners at the house. When researching homes on VRBO for the week, this was the only home I considered given its perfect location for staying in the Zona Romantica area, the heart and soul of PV. It is a few blocks to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. The location allows everyone to enjoy everything PV has to offer during the day or at night. I arranged dinners at the house for several nights versus lunches at the house because during the day I knew people would either stay at the house and relax at the roof top pool and deck, go to the beach or explore the city and its shops and restaurants for lunch. Everything is just a 5 minute walk from the house. The house is stunning and perfect for a large group given and it provides options for sitting alone and reading or gathering together on different levels. The bedrooms all well-appointed with quality linens and bath products. The staff was incredible, offering an amazing breakfast service everyday with a full range of options as well as a daily special breakfast option. During the day, as arranged, they set out pitchers of iced tea and lemonade along with soft drinks and beer. For the afternoon, we had them prepare fresh salsa and guacamole along with home made chips. And we had them prepare fresh margarita mix so all we had to do was mix in the Tequila and Cointreau. Two nights, I arranged dinner at the house. Logan recommenced Chef Sara and her husband. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing. I choose buffet style given the large group. One night a first rate Caesar salad with freshly made Caesar dressing and platefuls of chicken, beef and shrimp fajitas with all the fixings. Unbelievable. And of course, Flan for dessert.

Retirement Getaway for a Group

My group of friends, 8 of us total, enjoyed our stay at Villa Lola. The location is perfect for distance from the beach, dining and shopping. We ordered alcohol and bottled water, mixers etc before we arrived and Kyle was great about doing our Costco shopping for us before we got there. It all worked out great. When we were looking for the house we really wanted a whole house and submitted. When we heard back from Kyle he said he also advertised as a B & B and had rented out one of the rooms already. We were a little nervous about that situation but the 4 guys that were renting the one room turned out to be great and it all worked out. The staff, Elizabeth, Claudia and Rosa were great and super good cooks. We loved the breakfasts they prepared for us. I would definitely stay there again with a group but I would verify we had the whole house before I rented it again, even though it worked out great. You could imagine how that could be a sticky situation.

Excellent choice for our family of 14

We rented the entire villa for our family and had a great trip. The staff provided great communication and service before check-in as well as during our stay. They anticipated our needs and were very helpful including breakfast, maid service and event planning. The location is excellent as well. We would stay here again as it was perfect for our large family to have separate bedrooms while enjoying common areas together including the pool, kitchen, etc.

Villa Lola is located in the trendy area of Zona Romantica or the Romantic Zone. We are only 600 feet from the beach and several beach clubs. We are located on one of the most beautiful streets of the romantic zone. Very quiet street to enjoy yourselves relaxing in the villa but only a few steps away from the vibrant Olas Altas street where you will find a good selection of superb restaurants, nightlife, specialty shopping, street entertainment, mile long ocean promenade and art galleries.
