Thoughtfully designed using upcycled shipping containers, the villa blends striking modern architecture with the natural beauty of Mexico's Pacific coastline. Each guest suite features its own private terrace and plunge pool, offering the perfect balance of privacy and shared experience for groups traveling together. The villa has 7 pools — a private plunge pool at every suite, plus our 40-ft main natural pool — and a dedicated spa room. Expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces, tropical surroundings, and stunning sunset views create an atmosphere that feels both elevated and relaxed.
Your stay includes a fully staffed hospitality experience designed to be effortless from arrival to departure. The villa includes a private chef, bartender, daily housekeeping service, and a dedicated concierge available to coordinate everything from airport transportation and excursions to spa treatments, yacht charters, restaurant reservations, and grocery stocking. Daily breakfast and lunch service are included with your stay. Optional private dinner service is available for an additional fee.

Good to know — fees & what's included: A cleaning fee of $250 applies per stay. Our staff works hard to make your stay seamless; a daily staff gratuity applies based on group size (1–3 guests $75/day, 4–6 guests $100/day, 7–9 guests $150/day, 10–12 guests $180/day). Breakfast and lunch are included daily, prepared by your private chef (breakfast typically ready by 8:00 AM), and we pre-stock the kitchen before you arrive — a shopping/service fee of 2,000 MXN applies; groceries and alcohol are simply reimbursed at cost. Dinner service is available on request ($100 per dinner for 1–8 guests, $150 for 9–12 guests; service begins by 7:30 PM). Please note our staff is unavailable on Sundays and Mexican federal holidays unless arranged in writing in advance.
