Wake & Lake: Your Relaxing Lakefront Retreat on the Private Side of Lake Anna

Complete with a modern and functional kitchen, brand-new Samsung appliances and Shaker-style cabinets. Plus the kitchen opens to the great room, and with its oversized island, it'll be perfect for parties and party prep work.

And talking about the great room - it is full of great views and has easy access to the outdoors. Three sliding glass doors open to the new expansive covered porch - where you'll even find a hot tub to enjoy on those cooler nights at the lake. A 12-person dining table inside along with a 16 person outdoor dining set makes it easy to entertain friends and family alike. A comfy oversized couch makes the perfect place for watching the big-screen TV (or just the sunset).

On this level, you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The master bath includes a double-sink vanity, soaking tub and shower. Two more bedrooms are on the upper level, with a shared full bathroom between them. Both bedrooms have queen beds and televisions.

Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as another great room for watching the big-screen television, playing games and relaxing. One bedroom features two king beds plus an en suite bathroom with a double-vanity and shower/tub combination. The other bedroom is perfect for kids and teenagers with two full-over-full bunk beds. Like the bedrooms upstairs, each of these rooms has its own TV.

The laundry room is also downstairs, and there, you'll find another fridge for storing drinks and other snacks. There's also a Florida room downstairs, which is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and the calming lake views.

And that's not all - Wake & Lake has a party/play room that's above the exterior garage. If you're visiting Wake & Lake with a mixed group - one that likes to stay up late and another that goes to bed early, the party room is the perfect escape for the late-night crown. It features a full bathroom, plus a built-in bar and plenty of comfy seating and a big-screen TV.

But let's get to what you really want at the lake - yep, we're talking about Lake Anna itself. Wake & Lake has a boat house with a screened-in porch, where you can enjoy a meal, a glass of wine (or beer) plus the amazing sunsets this area is known for. We have a large 1800 sqft sand beach for visitors to Wake & Lake - making it even easier to enjoy the fresh lake waters.
