Relax under the tiki overlooking the tranquil canal, step to your boat from the 37.5 ft deep water dock, rinse the salt from your skin in the Keys-ie outdoor shower! Commerical ice maker, bait freezer and off-stret parking! Quick access to Vaca Cut and the open Atlantic! This one has it all inside and out!

Step inside to appreciate the fresh finishes. Nicely equipped kitchen with dishwasher and eat-in island and dining area all overlooking the beautiful canal. The Master Bedroom offers an en suite bathroom with shower and a King Bed and TV. The first guest bedroom offers two double beds and the second guest bedroom offers a Queen bed. Upscale furnishings and finishes throughout! Large Flat screen TV in the comfy living area to relax after a day on the water! Cabana Club is included with the rental. Beautiful Home, in KCB

We stayed with a family of 4 plus some guests for a few days. This house has everything that you need for a stay in the Keys. plenty of room inside, but we spent most of our time in the beautiful patio. Kitchen is well stocked to prepare food.

Great stay

Love staying at this property!! Beautiful house and perfect location. We did feel it wasn’t as clean an normal this time, had to rewash bed sheets and towels bc they had stains and hair on it. But everything else was perfect! Super easy check in and check out. Kitchen full stocked and back patio is beautiful!

Fantastic House in Key Colony

This was our first stay and we are looking forward to the next one. The commercial ice machine was great and we used that all the time. Plenty of space inside the house and great dock and Tiki hut out back.

Flawless! The perfect stay for our family!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. Everything was exactly as described, super clean & had everything you could possibly need. The beds were all cozy and the layout of the house was perfect. I was also very thankful that the air conditioning was working well. I think all of us would agree that the favorite place was hang out was the hammock chairs under the tiki hut. It’s so peaceful in this little slice of heaven. The folks at Key Colony Beach take their sunsets very seriously. You will literally see people sprinting by to make it to Sunset Park on time. It really is something you have to experience. Be there on time and don’t forget your wine! I would highly recommend this rental.

Excellent Home with everything we needed

Just an incredible time at this property. From communication with the property manager (Jessica), to the amenities provided within the home, everything went extremely well. The icemaker was a big highlight. I am very familiar with commercial ice makers and the Hoshizaki they have is as good as it gets. Everyday we filled up the boat with Ice hoping to return home with some delicious Mahi or Tuna. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a great meal and the rooms were very comfortable for all four of us. Neighbors were also nice as we had a chance to speak to both sides frequently. We cannot wait to come back here. Location, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, communication, etc... all were excellent! Thank you!

Absolutely flawless

The listing was as described and was a great spot to come home to after a long day of fishing. Conveniently located and very clean. Beautiful property with a great hangout area on the canal side. Jessica made it super easy the whole way through from communication before booking and any questions we had while staying. I would not hesitate to book this place again or book any of Jessica’s properties.

Superb Holiday Spot

We had a great week. The house is well-appointed with everything a family needs. Easy boat dockage and quick out to Vaca Cut. Close to all restaurants and bait. Quiet neighbors.

Beautiful home and great location

We could not have been happier with our stay here. The rental had everything we were looking for. The house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Loved the basket of beach towels and gift bag. The outdoor area was perfect, we sat out there under the tiki hut every night. We also met some great locals a few houses down who helped us plan our week. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Great Family Spot!

We had a great stay at this place. Newly renovated, it had everything that we needed with plenty of room for our family of seven. It was bright and cheerful. The outdoor space right on the canal was perfect - we rented a boat for a few days, and this was an easy spot for docking and access. The outdoor shower and access to fresh water were great for rinsing and drying our SCUBA gear. The kitchen was very well-appointed and the grill was a great addition as well. The pool and club are a bit of a walk, but it was a nice spot to cool off in the afternoons. We would definitely recommend this place for families!

Perfect

This is a lovely home on a beautiful canal in KCB. The entire home is perfectly appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed our daily manatee visits and beautiful sunshine. This was the perfect location to visit Islamorada as well as Key West. The ice machine was an added benefit for our outings. We enjoyed the Cabana club for a refreshing dip in a pool. We Highly Recommend this home.

Everything was PERFECT!

The house was exactly as pictured and described! We were very impressed with the cleanliness when we arrived. The house had everything you could possibly need for a vacation in the Keys! The commercial ice machine was a big PLUS! Loved the outside Tiki where we would sit and relax during the evenings. Access to the Cabana Beach Club was included and appreciated. The pool was awesome and the kids enjoyed the beach. The food was excellent! Love how facemasks are required in Key Colony Beach, Marathon and Key West -- and it is enforced! Our rental agent, Jessica, was very responsive and she even provided us with hand sanitizer, face-masks and other items to help make our stay even better! Thank you Jessica!

Great place to stay!

We loved Herbie's Hideaway! The property was clean, comfortable, and everything was as expected or better. The kitchen was the best outfitted rental kitchen I've seen. Definitely was nice to have the option to cook in and have all of the dishes/pots/pans/utensils I needed to make it easy. We appreciated the big basket of beach towels, the two beach chairs, and the outside patio was perfect!

An amazing stay! Surpassed my expectations!

The entire experience was wonderful. The house was beautiful and clean! It offered everything we needed and then some. There were great little extra touches like games, nice beach towels and extra phone chargers in case you forgot one. Jessica, our booking contact, was amazing and quickly responded to questions that I had before and after checking in. The Cabana Club was very nice and a nice benefit of renting this house. I was concerned about it being a duplex and being able to hear people next door but that wasn’t an issue at all. We were sad to have to leave and can’t wait to go back!
