The newly renovated kitchen features high-end custom cabinetry with glass cabinet doors, built in Sub-Zero refrigerator, Viking range, ultra-quiet Bosch dishwasher, hand finished wood countertops, cottage-style porcelain sink and more.

The sun filled dining area includes a classic style dining table with high back driftwood woven rattan dining chairs and custom mecho-shade window treatments.

The living room accommodates plenty of seating wth a brand new oversized pillow backed couch and new upholstered side chairs. A flat screen Roku TV provides entertainment with complimentary Netflix and Hulu programming for your use. Spend time after an enjoyable day at the beach playing classic board games housed within a hand distressed wood and glass cabinet.

The first floor bedroom provides a queen size cottage style bed with an Eco-friendly Brentwood all natural mattress for your comfort. It is accented with end tables and dresser to house your personal belongings. Other features include a shiplap ceiling and skylight window.

A full guest bath with shower and deep soaking tub, gleaming fixtures, and an adjacent washer and dryer closet complete the main level.

An open stair leads you to the upper level where you will find the master bedroom appointed with a new queen size Pottery Barn paneled bed, cottage night stands with ample storage, cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan. A loveseat is perfectly situated to provide you with views of Nantucket Sound as you read your favorite book or just plan your next days adventure. A walk-in closet provides ample storage for your clothing and suitcases.

The master bathroom includes cottage style full size sink vanity and an enclosed walk in shower.

Both floors include a Sonos sound system for your use providing easy access to your music playlist from either free music services (such as Pandora and Spotify) or any of your personal music service providers.

Two brick patios are provided for your use. The front patio is a perfect location to store your rented bikes or larger beach gear. The rear patio is furnished with a new gas grill, new dining table with seating for four, along with additional seating to enjoy the sunshine and ocean breezes.

Enjoy beautiful sunny warm days along with pleasant cool evenings aided by breezes off the Nantucket sound. A short stroll to the water provides views of Nantucket Sound and, on clear nights, glimpses of the lights of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. When you are not taking in the sun at the beach, the multitude of walking trails, bike trails and meandering private roads will add to your enjoyment of this quaint Nantucket style village. You can venture off to neighboring public beaches or simply enjoy our private deeded beach - unique to any of the villages in Cape Cod!

The Marketplace (within walking distance) offers miniature golf, shopping, bike rentals, coffee shop, convenience store, and several casual dining restaurants. Located at the Marketplace is the Raw Bar, voted best in New England for Lobster Rolls! Free live music concerts are enjoyed Thursday through Sunday during the summer season where outside dancing is enjoyed by young and old alike! The famous Mashpee Commons is just a 10 minute drive offering grocery stores, great restaurants, liquor store, shops, bowling, and a movie theater. Falmouth/Woods Hole and Hyannis are just a 25 minute drive away offering additional shops, restaurants, and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.

This cottage rental makes for the perfect couples retreat or romantic get-away. We respectfully request that all renters leave the cottage in the same condition as it was found. This cottage is not idea for families with very young children due to the furnishings.
