This beautiful 2,650 sq ft home is perfect for fishing, all day family fun, and watching the sunset over the bay. Bay Vista's unique position faces Galveston Bay at the opening of the canal to the bay giving it water frontage views and plenty of space for fishing, and swimming. There is a shaded deck off the main living space that extends out over the boat slip for relaxing in the sun. Please note the boat slip is available to use, but there is no access to the electronic lift. There is no access to the private Terramar Beach Boat Launch

The shaded downstairs features an outside bar that connects to an extra room with a fridge, storage, and a half bath. Multiple wooden swings and lots of seating makes it great for those long days of kids playing in the yard and BBQing. The luxury of outside living is a plus at this one of a kind bay home.

PLEASE NOTE: Cargo lift is NOT available for guest use.

Bay Vista is pet-friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs. There is an additional $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Under no circumstances are puppies under one (1) year of age allowed on the premises.
Yard is fenced in from the road and neighbors, but not fenced on the water side.
