Private, spacious 5 bedroom mini-estate with heated pool and central AC

A beautiful and spacious vacation home complete with central A/C, a pool, and a wonderful location, our 5BR home has it all. It's surrounded by Nickerson State Park & the Cape Cod Rail trail, minutes from Linnell Landing/Crosby beach in Brewster as well as Skaket Beach in Orleans.The house itself provides everything for a complete Cape Cod vacation--- with professional landscaping, a private garden, and a 20' x 40' seasonally heated pool our rental is like a mini estate. A beautiful walkway through the trees leads from the deck to pool area & stone patio perfect for outdoor dining & relaxation; also includes an enclosed heated outdoor shower.



Inside you will find ample space for socializing with private areas for adults, kids, and teens. The first floor includes both a living & family room with an HD TV, DVD/DVR, as well as a dining room, breakfast room, and deck with a grill & stunning view of the pool area. Upstairs includes a redwood spa/jacuzzi and private sitting room attached to the master suite. The lower level contains a game room with a pool table and HD TV. 



With included WIFI, multiple HDTV's, pool, exquisite gardening & perfect location, this Brewster home includes everything. Bed linens, towels and beach towels can be provided.

This is a Saturday to Saturday rental only. We can only accommodate requests beginning and ending on a Saturday during the summer season.

We had a great stay. The house was VERY spacious. Kids loved the heated pool and pool table in the basement. Be aware that you have to go down many steps to get to the pool area, so a little difficult for less mobile folks. The location is amazing, super close to beaches, rail trail, Nickerson, and Brewster shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Amazing cape week with friends and family!

Wonderful stay! Plenty of room for 2 families of four. Loved having the pool there, spent more time at the pool than the beach! Great communication from the owner. Lots of local eateries/ice cream and walking trails. Hope to be back in the future!

Lovely property. Impeccably maintained. The pool was "fire" per my family. We did love having a pool in addition to visiting the beach. Lovely poolside entertaining area, floats and noodles provided. Grill in excellent condition. House very clean. Owners very responsive. Spacious and easy for family to spread out. Easy access to the rail trail. Vintage decor, but comfortable.

A true oasis

We had a fantastic week at this property. Ron and Judy are incredibly responsive - often within minutes. The house is spacious with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The pool is just incredible - large, warm, and nestled in a quiet, beautifully landscaped back yard. The location is excellent - near Nickerson State Park, Skaket Beach and the Cape Cod Bike Trail. Our stay at this home was truly rejuvenating after many months of working out of our own home.

The home was lovely. Typical New England. Lots of space. Many sitting areas. Boys enjoyed the pool table and the pool. Close to everything. All in all a wonderful vacation. We ate lobster. Had the best fried clams ever at Cobies. Went on a whale watch - never saw so many but no sharks. Visited our old camping grounds - Nickerson State Park. Lots of memories. A big thank you to Ron Brooks. He was the best!!

Brewster

We enjoyed having the pool as it was extremely hot! The property is close to the bay, walking and riding paths, restaurants, easy access to rt 6 and other ares one on the Cape. The house suited our general needs with lots of room to spread out, plenty of bed choices, good wifi and well furnished kitchen. I plan on renting the house in the future- so you can tell that we were pleased.

A great week at the cape

With my family of 10 from 4 to 70 yrs old the house provided all we could have asked for and more. The property is close to beaches from Dennis Brewster and Orleans. If we decided to go the beach easy but if we decided to stay back at the house we had a great time in the pool which offers lots of fun while keeping cool The house was well air conditioned for the 95* F days. We could all sit around at the table for evening dinners. Also got to enjoy playing a little pool All of my family was grateful of our stay at this house in our time at the cape. Lots of great times and memories

Incredible week!

We just loved our week at the cape! With four kids having bedrooms we could spread out in helped everyone feel comfortable. Also the layout with the living room on the opposite side of the bedrooms was perfect during nap time for the big kids to be loud and not disrupt little girls. The pool was perfect to enjoy our getaway without having to get all the kids up and out. The neighborhood having direct access to the bike path was another thing we loved. With kids still learning to bike confidently it was great to not have to have them go on a busy road. Ron was great - overall just a wonderful stay. Hopeful to come again!

Wonderful place!

We loved our stay at Ron's beautiful home - it was a great spot for two families. We loved the proximity to the bike path, Cobie's (a daily ice cream spot for the kids), Nickerson SP and the beach - all an easy bike ride away. We spent a ton of time at the pool and while it had some issues when we first arrived, Ron was very responsive at trouble shooting the problem and it was fixed in the first couple days. One thing that was not clear to us in the description that surprised us is that one of the twin bedrooms is actually in the basement, far from parents. It was OK for us as our kids are a little older, but is a good thing to know. The adult beds were uncomfortable, but for a week we managed. Overall the house had a lot of room to spread out and the pool area was a wonderful oasis. Thank you, Ron, for a great stay!

Wonderful time.

Summer at the Cape

Despite a hit-and-miss weather week at the Cape, we loved our stay at Ron and Judy's house in Brewster. Both Ron and Judy were very helpful and easy to communicate with -- they proactively reached out to us on how to turn on the heat given the unseasonably cold temperatures, and they also walked us through how to ensure the outdoors furniture was safe during a tropical storm. The house itself is wonderful - tons of space, great bedrooms, and the pool and pool area is phenomenal. We loved being seconds away from Nickserson and its running and bike trails. We oved being seconds away from the rail trail as well -- we biked to a Cape Cod League baseball game, to mini golf, and just to bike. Would highly recommend Ron and Judy and their wonderful home for a Cape getaway!

Paradise and perfect

This place was incredible. We absolutely loved it - from 80 year olds to 4 year olds and everything in between. This was the PERFECT home base for our visit to the Cape. The pool and surroundings are incredible, the deck a gorgeous spot anytime of the day, and the house had enough private and gathering spots to cater to everyone's needs. The owners were fabulous - very friendly, helpful with any minor question or detail and they seem to have thought of everything. They are also very accessible. The rail trail is very close by, and the location is central to all things you might want to do in the Cape. We are already trying to find a way to get back there for our family vacation next year! Loved, loved, loved it.

Great Brewster vacation

THE BEST SPOT FOR A FAMILY REUNION

What a beautiful week at the home of Judy and Ron. Their vacation home was welcoming and accommodating for all of our family activities. We rarely left the property with the fabulous heated pool, game room with pool table and our favorite dining room the had a table for 8. Hoping to make this our annual spot. Having Nickerson State Park close by we had an opportunity to use our kayaks and hiking trails. Thanks again to our generous hosts

Location, Location, Location

We rented this home for our annual biking trip on the cape cod rail trails. There were 10 adults, and this house was perfect. First of all the owner is very gracious and you can tell he and his wife really care about the home. The home is in a quiet location and is a short ride down the hill to the rail trail. The pool area is fantastic, in fact although most of the group had planned on visiting more of the cape, decided the pool was all they needed. The home is large enough so that if you are in a large group, they can be together or people can have their own space. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook with, the grill is good size. The large tub was also perfect after a day of riding the rail trails. What you see in photos and descriptions are accurate. Don't hesitate to book your trip, you would not want to miss this rental ! Thank you Ron and Judy !

We're a couple, Judy and Ron, who have spent years vacationing on Cape Cod and think it's a fantastic place for families to get together for some summer fun. Judy spent her youth helping her father rent and take care of his oceanfront motel in southern New Jersey and has had years of experience in the rental business. Ron is a retiree, who is actively enjoying outdoor sports. We are experienced travelers and hope to have created a vacation home that will provide a setting for a fun filled and relaxing getaway.
