This property has a lovely great dining room & kitchen for those who like to cook & entertain. It was well stocked with utensils, dishes/cutlery.The master bedroom& bath upstairs with the deck & kitchenette for wine/coffee were a joy; I especially enjoyed my tea/ sun in the morning. I must note however that the 2 staircases up to the master suite can be challenging for those with mobility issues.Overall, it was a delightful space, the owners were prompt in responding to a couple of issues, and I would highly recommend this property. Its proximity to Seagull Beach is also desirable.

Fantastic experience

We enjoyed the quiet peaceful neighborhood and views of Lewis pond. Tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The patio and balcony were very relaxing. We hope to rent this property next year.

Great Rental

Gorgeous views from the new upper deck on this well equipped rental. We had everything we needed and more! The house is very well stocked, comfortable, and we were welcomed with flowers and a gift card to CPT Parkers. The beach is an easy 20 min walk, and everything you need is nearby. We loved this rental!

Perfect Family Get-Together House!

Beautiful well-decorated and maintained home, perfect for our group of five and close enough to walk to the beach and to visit our other family members who live in West Yarmouth. We loved the upstairs deck for our morning coffee, and the downstairs patio for bird, rabbit & chipmunk watching. We very much appreciated the fresh flowers and the Cap’n Parker’s gift card. We certainly hope to be lucky enough to stay here for our next Cape Cod family reunion!

As others have noted, this house is outstanding in every way—from the location to the amenities. We stayed for about a week with our two teenagers (15 and 17), and everyone loved it.I wanted to mention two features that I hadn't seen highlighted in other reviews. First, we were there over the Fourth of July during a heat wave. One evening, while relaxing on the patio, we noticed all the neighboring houses were dark and learned the area had been experiencing rolling power outages throughout the day. Fortunately, this house has an automatic backup generator that seamlessly powered the entire home. It was an absolute game changer and made our stay completely stress-free.Second, as someone who has been grilling for decades on everything from Weber to Alfresco, I really appreciated the high-quality Wolf grill. We cooked everything from burgers to fresh fish, and having such a premium grill made outdoor dinners even more enjoyable.A few other details we really appreciated: the high-quality beach chairs, an easy-to-use beach shade that comfortably fit our whole family, and the spa-quality shower in the primary bathroom. It's clear the owners have put a lot of thought into making this a truly exceptional vacation home.

Almost Perfect

The Tuesday tornado in Barnstable dampened our enthusism a bit but we can't blame the rental for that. In addition, there were a couple of minor glitches but the owners handled them immediately. Great house, great location.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to beach.

Owner is easy to get in touch with. House was very clean and manicured. Elevated deck/balcony a major plus to enjoy the views. Appreciated the kitchen having all tools needed to make a meal here and there. Pleasure to deal with and we enjoyed our stay. Close to beach but best to use a car or bicycles as it's about a solid mile around the inlet to get to the beach. Beach is very well taken care of and not overcrowded. Some scenic restaurants like Skipper or Summer Shanty are best to visit in the middle of the week as they get busy on weekends. Thanks.

First time in Cape Cod

We were supposed to be in Hawaii this week, but due to current travel restrictions we changed our plans and chose Cape Cod a few weeks ago. We were so lucky to find this gem! My husband, 2 teenage daughters and I enjoed being in a quiet neighborhood to ride bikes and walk to the beach. We were close enough to the main road to get delicious ice cream (Penguins.) Other nights we stayed home to BBQ and cook, and tried out both firepits for Smores!! Another benefit of the location was it's easy to get to Hyannis and P'town, but also not that far when entering and exiting the Cape during busy weekend traffic. Highly recommend!

Best views and so close to the beach

We loved this house. Inside was spacious and beautifully decorated. Clean, great location. Fresh flowers and a gift card to Capt Parkers was much appreciated and beautiful to see. Found out that Captain Parkers has the best clam chowder we have had. Thank you. We absolutely loved the upper area. I didnt even know there was a refrigerator and sink upstairs till I saw it. Very handy. Spent a large portion of our time there. If your an early riser at 5 am this bedroom is for you. There are so many bunnies everywhere and plenty of birds to watch. Very nice location and nice hosts. Would love to stay again.

Magical home on Cape Cod

This home was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect. It was our home base for so many day trips around the Cape. Located on a quiet and safe street. Plenty of yard space for children to run around. Outdoor shower that washes all the sand from the beach that is conveniently located less than a mile away. The owner provides all of the necessary items to make your stay as easy as possible. We spent every night on the upper and lower decks. Fire pits on Both levels! The home was so clean, comfortable and inviting. The owners are so kind. They responded immediately with answers to the few questions we had. They also left a gift card for the local restaurant where we got the best chowder. I would recommend this home to anyone!

House beautiful!

This is one of the loveliest homes I've stayed at through VRBO. Beautifully appointed; every detail attended to. Location was perfect for us birdwatchers and we truly enjoyed the little slice of nature surrounding the home. Everything about our stay was perfection and I hope we can return again in the future.

September vacation 2022

Lovely home that was nicely decorated. Nice personal touches with fresh flowers and a gift certificate to a local restaurant was very welcoming. The morning sunrise from the upper deck was stunning . The evening view of the stars sitting by the fire pit was a fabulous way to end the day! Hope to come back to this warm and welcoming home!

Great house, great location

Our family had a great week at this house. The owners (Joe and Theresa) were communicative and equipped the house with everything we needed and more. The house was in close proximity to the beach and many other places. We’ve stayed in various houses over the years and this was by far the best one.

Wonderful Week on the Cape

My family and I enjoyed a comfortable, relaxing week staying in this property. We had all the comforts of home with some extra touches and a beautiful view. It is clear that the owners take a lot of pride and they go the extra mile for their guests. In my opinion the house is better suited for adults or at least well behaved children as there are lots of decorations inside, which enhanced our experience, but could be tempting for little hands! We cooked a few meals in the kitchen, but also enjoyed a short drive to some of our favorite restaurants - short drive to beaches too! Would love to stay here again!

Great location, lovely property

My husband, daughter and I had a great stay here. The house is adorable with more than enough room for us, including all the amenities you need for a beach week. The deck and view are exactly as pictured, a great spot for morning coffee or evening wine. Short bike ride to seagull beach. We’d love to make this our yearly rental
