The ground level allows you to step directly onto a beautiful sandstone patio and into the dunes. Here you will find a full bath, one king sized bed, tv, gaming closet, small project table and laundry room.

The ocean expands along the horizon and is easily viewed from inside the master, great room or kitchen, or from generous decking.
