Tidal Channel Beach House

Tidal Channel front Beach house close to beach and boat landing!! Perfect for family getaways, fishing or golfing trips! Feel free to contact me today about long term rates during the winter months.

Our vacation home has everything you need for relaxing vacation. We provide just about anything that you would need to feel right at home in our place. Everything from linens to towels, wifi and smart TV'S, as well as a fully equiped kitchen and grill. We even have a golf cart for your convenience as well.

The beach is only a short three minute walk down the street. You can fish and crab from the dock in the back yard. Bring your boat and launch from the boat ramp a few street over, or make the short drive to the Intracoastal Waterway.

This is our family vacation home. We purchased the house two years ago and spent last year renovating the outside of the house. We painted, built an outside shower, replaced windows, and built a storage room. We have spent the winter months of 2019 renovating the interior of the house. We have gutted the kitchen and installed new white cabinets, redone the floors throughout, redone the bathrooms, put in new doors, painted, and bought new furniture. The house is like brand new for you to enjoy this summer!

We do ask you to remember that this is our vacation home that we use our-self. We hope that you will treat it with the same respect that you would your own home. We also ask that you be considerate of our neighbors. We do have some full time residents next door and the houses are very close to each other. They are very friendly, but please observe a 10:00 "quiet" time.

Fantastic house and location

This was the best rental for this price range that we have ever rented for the several years we have vacationed in North Myrtle. My family and I loved it. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach and a very quiet neighborhood. Scott the owner was great to work with and any questions I had were answered promptly. There was nothing the house lacked, plenty of towels, perfectly equipped kitchen, good size bathrooms and bedrooms. Awesome deck with comfortable furniture. A big plus and surprise, it has a lift to the living area. Also, the golf cart was handy for a run to the store. I don’t have any negatives, because this beach rental exceeded are expectations. Wonderful stay!

We do an annual girls beach trip and plan to return to this property. Scott was easy to get ahold of and very informative about a delay. I am super picky about cleanliness and I could not find one thing to complain about! The folks checking out the day we arrived were late leaving but that didn't affect how spotless this house was. No dust, no cobwebs, no crumbs anywhere, nothing! It was great to have multiple staple items in the house so we didn't have to rush to the store or buy condiments. We replaced any items we used up. The golf cart was a blast and made getting to the beach or the store super easy. We (and Chester the dog) loved the covered deck looking over the canal. Already looking forward to next year! The door has a keypad so no keys to keep up with either!

Beautiful and so clean. Convenient location for anything you need and two minute walk to the ocean. Sunrises are breathtaking.

Greatest weekend

This is the place you want to stay. The host are awesome and very accommodating. The house by far is the cleanest rental I have ever been in. The location is great. The family and I had a blast. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful place to spend Thanksgiving

The house was as described online. I gave a four star review for cleanliness only because the sheets on one of the beds didnt seem to be properly placed and the floors were swept but not mopped. Our favorite part was the abundance of outdoor seating with a great water view. The kitchen was fully equipped to make our entire Thanksgiving meal and the house was large enough to share Thanksgiving with our family. The golf cart was a huge plus as well. The house is in a very quite area which was so nice since we were trying to get away and relax for the holiday. Scott, the owner was very attentive and responded to all our questions promptly. Amanda was near by for anything we needed. It was a great trip and would definitely stay here again!

A restful finale to a busy summer!

This property was the perfect mix of nice furnishings and ease of use with a well stocked kitchen, practical layout and comfortable beds. We loved the back deck and spent lots of time out there with the littles. The walk to the beach was made easy with the help of the wagon! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

What a fun time!

The house was lovely! Family did a short trip just to decompress and the space was perfect for that. We loved sitting on the balcony and the yard was perfect for the little ones.

Great place to stay just off the beach

Staying here was a great experience. Check in and out was easy. It was clean and had a great porch where we spent most of the time when we weren’t at the beach.

Perfect location!

Very accurate description of property. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us and our 2 small dogs. The area is so peaceful with minimal traffic. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. Beach chairs, towels, beach toys for the little ones and even a golf cart was provided for our use. The beach is just a very short walk down the road. We had a great time and would recommend this property.

Awesome Waterfront Home

This house is the perfect location. It’s on a canal with its own dock and close enough to walk to the beach. It even comes with a golf cart! It was clean and had nice nautical decor.

My wife and I enjoy travelling, seeing new places, and meeting new people. We are both school teachers and we try to get away as much as we can when school is not in session.

We both love visiting the western part of the a United States. We really enjoy the environmental diversity that exists west of the Mississippi. We usually fly out to Vegas every December, rent a car, and pick a new place to drive to and explore.

I also enjoy hosting others at our vacation houses. I currently only have one of them listed here, but feel free to stay with us if you are ever in the area!

If you are looking for a vacation at the beach in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood, with full access to all amenities then our place is for you. We love Cherry Grove and are sure that you will also! We are sure that you will also love the very short 3 minute walk to the beach. You can actually see the sand dunes from the driveway.

Use of the golf cart is included along with WiFi internet and smart TV's with Netflix and Hulu already logged in.
