Experience paradise at this stunning family beach home steps from Flagler Ave and the beach. This charming getaway is perfect for those seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay. With two on-suite master bedrooms, you and your guests will have ultimate comfort and privacy. One of the bedrooms even offers a peek of the ocean, allowing you to wake up to breathtaking views every morning.

Our unit also features a fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the appliances, spices and utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. The spacious living room and dining area provide plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, there is a sunroom where you can bask in the warm sunlight and enjoy the tranquil ambiance.

For your convenience, we provide a full laundry room as well as a garage for parking your vehicle securely. Step outside into the serene back garden, where you'll find loungers and plenty of seating to kick back and unwind. When the mood strikes fire up the gas BBQ for a delightful outdoor cooking experience.

One of the highlights of our vacation rental unit is its excellent location. We are situated close to the famous Flagler Ave, just two streets south. This vibrant area is filled with shops, bars, restaurants, and various events, including wine and art walks. You'll have endless opportunities to explore and immerse yourself in the local culture.

If you're a beach lover, you'll be delighted to know that Ester St beachfront park is just 200 paces East from our unit. With direct access to the beach and facilities available, you can spend your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean breeze. We have you covered with all the essentials for a beach day, including beach bikes to cruise along the shore or explore Flagler Ave, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler box, and a beach buggy cart to transport everything easily.

Month at the Beach

The property was great. Had all we needed. Comfy beds. Excellent location. Appliances/kitchen very adequate. Washer and dryer might need to be replaced? That was the only SLIGHT negative - lived out stay at aisle of Grace!

A Great Place to Stay!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home!! The close proximity to the beach and playground area, shopping/restaurants of Flagler Ave, and a great neighborhood to stroll around at any time of day/night make this a truly special rental. The home is decorated very nicely and has all the amenities you will need to have a wonderful stay. You can really get a good sense of the town of New Smyrna Beach by staying here. Our time at this home played a major role in our family deciding to make New Smyrna Beach a permanent home. We love this place.

Fantastic Stay at Isle of Grace

We can't say enough about the wonderful time that we had staying at the Isle of Grace for a month. It felt like our home away from home and we didn't want to leave. The home has everything you need and more. It is just a short walk from the beach. It was very peaceful and relaxing and in a fantastic area where you could walk to shops and restaurants and never have to get in your car. We can't wait to return!

We just completed a month long stay at the Isle of Grace property and had a wonderful experience. Fantastic location just one block from the beach and two blocks to Flagler Ave. Janene was great to work with and responded quickly to all requests. We plan to return for another vacation soon and highly recommend NSB Realty.

Fantastic Property/Great Location

This ultra comfy home is a block and a half from the beach, and two blocks to Flagler Street, where there are shops and restaurants. A Seven 11 is a half block away. The two bedroom house is spacious and nicely decorated. There is a maritime theme going on, with shells, fish and lots of blue. For a rental property, there are nice touches...toothbrushes in the bathrooms, lots of hand soap containers, plenty of spices in the kitchen. I have spent time in rentals houses where there is not even salt and pepper in the kitchen cupboards. A bright and cheery sunroom is just off the kitchen and is a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The house was spotlessly clean, and had everything that you could need. The two bedrooms upstairs were roomy, and one of them had a trundle bed that would be great if you had kids. I also enjoyed sitting outside, where it was shaded in the afternoon and equipped with a table and several lounge chairs.

No Car Needed!!

What a wonderful time we had at the "Isle of Grace" home! It truly was just steps away from the beach and from Fowler Street. The kitchen was well stocked, beach chairs, beach buggy, and beach towels were a plus. The house was decorated in a beautiful beach theme and very comfortable. We had no complaints! We had a wonderful time

We had a wonderful time staying at Isle of grace. The location and cleanliness really made the trip 100% better. One shower upstairs needs to looked at by a plumber and all the toilets should be upgraded. The toilets needs make a lot of noise and run long after they are flushed. Having the shed with beach chairs was excellent. We utilized the outside patio multiply times and really enjoyed our stay. We look forward to staying again at the same house in a few months.
