Clean, sunny, comfy room and bathroom in house

Private room and private bathroom in a single story house. Floors are wood or linoleum, no gross carpet!

House has its own big swimming pool in backyard..

Tons of sunlight inside and out, this is a comfy, simple place to stay, with easy parking on the big driveway.

Hi, I'm Asa, 38 y/o male. This is my house and I am renting out a room in it to make some extra money. I live in the house and work at home so I will be here during your stay.

I do not have any pets and my house is clean and simple inside. There is plenty of open space, and no weird smells or dampness. I have stayed at inexpensive rentals before as a traveller so I know how sometimes its not the most amazing experience, so I try to do what it takes to make this a good one for you!

If you have more questions or need more pictures, just let me know. I am not managing a bunch of properties or running some hectic business where this room is a low priority. I am a normal person renting a room in a normal house.
