Beach View Townhome on Cape San Blas

A newly built property in 2019, Over Yonder On The Cape is designed with elegant modern touches throughout. This gorgeous, gulf view, stand-alone unit features four large bedrooms each with its own private bath, three balconies and comfortably sleeps 10.

Over Yonder has two Master Suites located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, each with a king bed and a large master bath. Both Master Suites have large gulf view balconies to enjoy the famous sunsets of Cape San Blas. A Queen room is located on the 3rd floor and also has a private bath and view of the Gulf. There is a Bunk Room located on the 2nd floor which includes 4 built in bunk beds, a private bath and view of the Gulf. All four bedrooms are equipped with wall mounted flat screen TVs.

The main living area, dining areas and kitchen, along with a half bath and a large balcony are located on the 4th floor. From this balcony you will enjoy a fantastic view of the Gulf. The beautifully designed kitchen is well stocked and features modern appliances, breakfast nook and plenty of seating. Dine out on the deck, at the dining table, at the breakfast bar or nook.

The comfortable living area features flat screen TV with blue ray player and sound bar. Also included is a collection of DVDs, books, puzzles and games for guest use.

Over Yonder on the cape is just steps to the community pool and beach. Beach chairs and games are provided, as well as a beach cart to get to and from the beach with ease. There is an outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing off from the beach.

A large gas grill is also provided for guest use.

To ensure everyone is comfortable, Over Yonder has three air conditioners to provide comfort on every floor as well as 2 water heaters to provide plenty of hot water when needed. And of course, there is a residential elevator.

Over Yonder on the Cape is the newest property in the Sea Cliffs community, having been built in 2019. Sea Cliffs is a private gated community located next to St. Joseph's State Park. Sea Cliffs features a community pool and plenty of open space. Parking is available for 3 vehicles.

Great Stay! Great Property!

I have stayed in Seacliffs before, but man did this one take the cake. Not only was everything clean and fresh, the beds were comfortable, the sheets smelled amazing and were of good quality. They have a lot of beach supplies for use and the kitchen is stocked. I feel like I overpacked kitchen supplies but you just never know what a place will supply. They also have a grill and a fridge on the bottom floor, super useful. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Our group (10 people) had a great time. Our kids were crying because they didn’t want to leave “The Florida House.” 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

Feb 2023 Stay at Over Yonder on the Cape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Coastal Joe's staff was delightful in their service to us. The Condo was very clean and nicely appointed. There is a view of the gulf from the balcony, and easy access to the beach. The community swimming pool was very nice. The people in the other condos were very friendly and added to the experience. The 54 stairs to the living area add up over the course of the stay, thankfully there is an elevator but it is slow and you must be careful never to leave the inside door open after exiting. We had two issues with the condo that were less than perfect. First, the king bed mattress on the 3rd floor is in need of replacing unless you like a saggy mattress. Second, the covered parking space is so narrow that you cannot exit your vehicle, and ultimately caused the most frustration. That is not the fault of the owner or Coastal Joe's however.

Wonderful Vacation Stay

The property was beautifully furnished, very clean and well supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The unit is beside the pool and just a very short walk to the beach. The unit's elevator is great for anyone with mobility issues. The rental agency was very pleasant and easy to work with. We look forward to renting this unit again and would definitely recommend this unit and this rental agency to family and friends.
